I’ve visited before and had good experiences, but this visit was very disappointing. The employees appeared frustrated and annoyed while preparing orders, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I was told my items couldn’t be handed to me yet due to a charging issue, which I understood, but during that delay my ice cream melted. After I paid and reached for my items, I was then told one item hadn’t been included in the charge, causing further delay and confusion. This happened despite spending near $200 and confirming it was okay to order about an hour before closing. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide not to return

Absolutely the BEST GOD DANG ice creams I've ever had. The place is so clean and the staff member that helped me was amazing. It was a little warm 🫠 inside. But overall I LOVED IT 😜😜 So if you're ever in that side of Culver City it's s must to stop at this Michoacána location. It's going to be a staple of the community!
