I love this place! Super nice restaurant. I love the vibe. The staff is super friendly. The food was delicious. We ordered the plat with two pork spare ribs and the tri-tip. The Tri-Tip was delicious. Not dry. Really tasty not overly salty and it was very tender. The spare ribs were a little dry but I will still give this place 5 stars because they can easily fix this by not over cooking the ribs. We enjoyed our visit during lunch and will definitely return. The prices are also decent for the quality of the food that you get. Bake beans are really good too. I need to try that corn bread.

My husband and I have never eaten here before my son Chris who's visiting from Nashville Tennessee just brought home the maple block chicken for us all to enjoy for dinner tonight it smells so far I've tasted a little bit and it absolutely tastes delicious so we do plan on coming back very soon

One of the best BBQ in LA! Their service is excellent that makes us satisfied as well. A lot of great foods and good beer selection. Their cornbread is the next level. Fun atmosphere and I really liked everything. Thank you!!

Its ok. Had the tri tip, spare ribs, mac and potato salad. Needed a knife for the tip, was given a regular table knife, it worked. Meat had good flavor, sides were decent. Its OK.

Mon 3/2/26: Had an excellent brisket sandwich lunch special for $12.

Everything I tried here was great. The Brisket was one of the most tender I have ever had, it was excellent. But do NOT leave this place without trying their Honey butter, white cheddar, chilli peppers cornbread. It is every bit as delicious as it sounds.

Excellent food. My last experience with them was a take out order. They screwed up one of the sides orders, giving me slaw instead of potato salad, even though the receipt correctly showed potato salad. I never got my potato salad since I didn't notice the mistake until I got home. I then let them know about the mistake through the online app that I had placed the to go order with. No response. Very disappointing.

We paid around $50 for two people, only to get seated on a table in the cold corner, with cold/almost-cold served meat. We ordered plates. The experience was just utterly awful. The server was maybe just too busy to serve us. We waited 20 mins to order and another 20 mins to check. Disaster. Definitely the worst experience I ever had.

My family celebrated two birthdays, over lunch, at Maple Block and we had the best experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the breakfast burrito!

We've been going to Maple Block for years and are having difficulty understanding what happened. The hostess was charming, but once seated, we felt forgotten. After pIacing our order, we were on our own, no checking back, no refilled water glass as requested. I made the mistake of ordering the brisket lean and I was served something that was very well done, dry, tough and difficult to eat. The grilled broccolini was barely cooked. The dessert cookies appeared to not have been baked through. Then I had to go to the bar, after waiting far too long, to get the check. The person tending bar came to my aid and seemed apologetic. I just don't get it. I am not used to being so critical, but anything else would be false.

All the food I had was great! The wings and ribs were smoked to perfection. Their Mac and cheese was full of flavor and very cheesy. The in house Mexican lager was a prefect was to wash it all down. Over all an excellent experience!
