Maple Block Meat Co.

Maple Block has become a family favorite. We usually order for pick up (2 toddlers), but when I saw the Smoked Prime Rib night, I knew we had to go. It did not disappoint! We were seated outside which gave me pause, but it was perfect. Well spaced, well warmed and definitely a preference for moving forward. The prime rib was phenomenal and the horseradish was insane. I asked for a second. I'd usually eat my husbands because he doesn't eat it, but he loved it too. Another perk of finally dining in was I'd get to try the Elote Marg. Unfortunately, it's no longer available but my second choice, Pura Pina, is reason enough to dine in. I got the esquites to scratch the itch and it was another homerun. Kids behaved as well. Cannot wait to see what special night they have next. We will be there!

Great food and value. The musts are the spare ribs, sausage, potato salad and cornbread. It was raining so this comment take with a grain of salt because I've been there before when the smoke was rolling but the brisket was dry and the chicken was more steamed than smoked. Again this was just one time and have had better experiences in the past with those meats.

Fun, casual environment with excellent food! I was in LA for work and my team ended up eating dinner here twice. Small parking lot in back with ample outdoor seating. Service wasn’t consistent or particularly friendly. We did come towards the end of Saturday so they were running out of several meats and sides. However, we enjoyed everything we ordered!

Very bad ribs, dry.
The service was very bad from the bartender (he say is the manager too)
He become aggressive and in a very bad attitude because I say that the sides were not good.
Really! He forced me to pay and leave 🤣

Online said it closes at 12am. Got there at 9pm just to be informed we are closed. Paid 40 dollars for an uber there and had to call another 40 dollars uber within 1 min. Update your info online.

After a full day of celebrating at the Dodgers parade, I capped the night with good vibes and great flavor at Maple Block. Perfect ending.

My brother had the mac & cheese with some biscuits. Smashingly good stuff, he told me.

I didn't hang out long enough to absorb the atmosphere, but Gigi (who worked at the takeout line) was exceptionally patient and helpful. 5-stars, no notes.

Bri was our server, shes awesome! Super friendly and on top of things! We also met Rudy (executive chef) who is honestly one of the sweetest and kindest people we have met! Highly recommended, food is insane!! The cornbread is to die for, and the staff is amazing, thank you guys for a memorable experience!!

We had a great time here! I celebrated a family birthday party with 12 guests, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and let us choose our own table. The menu offered lots of food options, including vegetarian choices, which was fantastic for our group. Our server Drew was exceptional—always friendly and attentive, happily accommodating our requests throughout the evening without any hesitation. Overall, it was a lovely celebration and we'd definitely return!

Great food and service!

Amazing food, we got the taster plate or whatever it was called with a side of tri tip and mac n cheese. The meat was tender, the mac and cheese had some mysterious flavor to it, might've been tarragon. Staff was friendly (and super fast) overall a great experience!

I don't recommend this place! They cheat us with the final bill! No one warned us that they add the cost of the mug to the bill for each beer - $8!
