We had a great time here! I celebrated a family birthday party with 12 guests, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and let us choose our own table. The menu offered lots of food options, including vegetarian choices, which was fantastic for our group. Our server Drew was exceptional—always friendly and attentive, happily accommodating our requests throughout the evening without any hesitation. Overall, it was a lovely celebration and we'd definitely return!

Went for the special fried chicken meal on Friday, 10/3/25, that was being tried out. It was delicious! The fried chicken was very tasty, and the biscuits were great! Service was very good. I recommend they add the fried chicken meal to their regular menu.

This Was our second trip to this restaurant? And I have to say it was not as enjoyable as our first experience. We were a larger party and we did not get there until 7:30 PM on a Wednesday. The food was still good, but there were some slight variances from the last trip. - The smoked meats were still excellent, but the chicken was a little drier than what we experienced during the prior visit. - The Broccolini and Esquites were chef's kiss! - Kale salad was extremely fresh ans flavorful - Service wasn't as friendly (there was a different server). He was cordial but not overly welcoming. - Drinks weren't as good (We ordered a Cadillac Margarita, on our first trip we asked for the Grand Marnier on the side, and the server shared that it was the standard way it was prepared. However, on this trip, it wasn't on the side and you couldn't taste it. When we asked this server, he said the bartender said that was the last of the Grand Marnier...so we then questioned if they put any in the drink at all.) We'd still go back, the smoked meats are a must!

Good, flavorful barbecue and side dishes. The cornbread is a real treat - highly recommended. Seems like this would be a good place to share a lot of meats and side dishes.

Great BBQ, some spicy some mild, suggest making sure if you don't want spicy. Great corn bread.

Really friendly environment - celebrated my husband'S birthday and took my daughter too, who's 5. Nice, clean restaurant, great kids menu and fun activities outside. The food was great! The brisket is amazing! We live a bit far, but we drive an hour in traffic for take out ever since then when we can't get a date night.

We, 2 of us, were looking forward to having the Fridays only Pastram/Reuben sandwiches but it weren't available so we both opted for the 2 meat (chose brisket & pork spare ribs)+2 sides plate. Both meats were tender but a bit dry, went well with their spicy BBQ sauce. Service was very attentive and we enjoyed our lunch with a glass of pilsner.

Last night at 7pm I picked up my order half a chicken and fries online it says it’s 24.57 when I get there the girl charges me 28.97. She sits my money 30.00 next to the register hands me my food don’t offer me a receipt or my change. I get home my chicken is raw in the middle my fries were hard in the middle so I had to cook my food so wouldn’t get food poisoning. I go to maple block downtown all the time and it always good. I’m never going to this one again. I’m pretty sure the girl made up the price and pocketed my money.

Enjoyed eating our meal in the outside patio. Service was fast, server wax friendly and food was delicious!

Their brisket is cooked so well. It's tender and juicy. I recommend getting a side of coleslaw because it adds a nice crunchy and refreshing element. There aren't a lot of BBQ spots in LA so when you find one that's as good as Maple Block, definitely worth checking out.

Great food! Great place! Do yourself a favor and try their macaroni and cheese, their guacamole, and their pulled pork!

Worst service I have ever received.

Decent bbq but pricey and charged for refills on drinks. Mac and cheese was disappointing. Bad sauces.

Amazing spot. The place is beautiful, good parking, very comfy. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend the peach bourbon drink!
