Me and my 2 uncie when to eat over there today

Watch out for the girl on the counter scamming you. I just visited the location and she tried to charge me for double the actual cost. $26 for 2 small bowls . Once I pointed it out she immediately removed the charge. She also said there is no menchies rewards program even though the checkout has an option for it and the menchies website has it clearly listed .

This location used to have a good rotation of flavors, but it's stuck on the same ones all the time now. The no sugar added flavor has been strawberry SINCE THE PANDEMIC. Five years and no change. Just sad. I don't go here anymore.

Only wish the black cherry was available all the time. Always out when we come in.
Please tell the employees to stay in their work area to help customers. They walk away for several minutes at a time frequently.

Got there at 9:29 says it closes at 9:30. She saw me and decided to duck away in the back. I drove all the way there and made it before they close and she didn’t let me in. Don’t ever go here near the time they close

Flavors have barely changed in the last 3 months. I eat sugar free and the only flavor they have had in the last 6 months is Strawberry. Its better than vanilla but I wish they would rotate flavors more.

Dietary restrictions: They only offer 1 sugar free flavor and its strawberry. If you are looking for more go to Yogurtland where they have SF Mocha or a store that offers Carbolite.

I want you to know that there were 4 of us going to play with your songs. I like them a lot. When everything was ready, I was going to pay my account with $100 fonares and they told me that it wasn't a mistake to only pay by card. I was very upset because I didn't have my card with me, but If I didn't have a card I wouldn't have been able to pay edoves a Discrimination towards sorry if they don't have a card I felt sorry for my guests. You don't have anything at the entrance to the door that says so. I went to my house to bring my Debit card and paid and left my bill as a guarantee for $100 dollars. Went in looking for some chocolate cake batter and there was none. Not much of a variety as some dispensers down. I did like that you could get a mix of 2 flavors by using the middle lever in the machines.The machines could use maintenance on most of the machines. When pulling the handle for the frozen yogurt, it would dispense slowly.They have a bday room reserved.I personally do not like the pay by weight. That's just me.Trash needed to be thrown out.

If I could only give zero stars i would! Ruined a birthday party for my 9yo by not even making the cake! After multiple calls to make sure that my order will be ready for the time scheduled starting couple days ahead I came right on time and got excuses of "my manager didn't brought supply" and "I'm stressed about it since yesterday (the on-site worker)" and "I can give you refund". NEVER AGAIN! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MAKE BUSINESS WITH THESE UNORGANIZED AND B-DAY PARTY POOPERS STORE! TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE THAT WONT SCREW A B-DAY PARTY!
