I visited Mendocino Farms on Monday with my girlfriend. I did work on my laptop, and ended up accidentally leaving my charging block at the location.
Today, when I realized that my charger was missing, I called Mendocino’s Culver location. Sure enough, when I mentioned missing an apple charger, the worker on the phone immediately remembered seeing one. They even knew it was a laptop charger without me specifying. I waited on hold while they went to look for it. When they returned, they informed that the charger was gone from the lost and found. I’m not trying to accuse anybody of anything, but I don’t know how else to interpret this. I work in service myself and even I feel like 48 hours is pretty fast.
So, yeah. That left a bad taste in my mouth. Macbook charger blocks are expensive.

SimpleGASM! if you’re looking for simple but good food with a great atmosphere, then this is the place for you. I thought the prices were a little higher than they should be for what you get, but hey, it’s 2025 and you’re in Los Angeles. Having said that the atmosphere was what won me over they had an outside patio area with a scenic view of everyone hanging out in the Culver City downtown area. The sun was shining the breeze was chill and the views were good with good company. I think the very best part of this place is that they have all you can drink with multiple different variations of green juice, pink lemonade, and other concoctions that were healthy and delicious. I think I had five refills.
Parking: Parking under the hotel or across the street at Trader Joe’s.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids there. And they can play out front
