The tan tan men is excellent, my husband is obsessed with it now and he usually doesn’t enjoy ramen that much. The nutty and spicy flavor is so lovely, and the garlic is a great addition. The gyoza is also excellent, and so are the iced teas. Service is great and attentive. Overall just a great experience and we will definitely come back.
i'm on a ramen tour in this neighborhood, on the west side in general. Moto .. was not bad at all. I had the standard tonkotsu. It wasn't bad by any means, but it wasn't stand out at all. Huge bowl, good amount of meat, so it was a good deal. Everything was very normal for me though. Noodles were a bit soft for me, not the style I typically prefer. It's hard to describe but they were more wet / transluscent feeling, I prefer something chewier, with more flour,...
We love coming to Moto Ramen. It has a mom and pop restaurant feel. The staff is very welcoming, warm, and attentive. They’ve gotten to know my 10-year old on a first name basis. She loves going to Moto.
