When you're here you're family.. haha scratch that when you're here.. you JUDGED. I was just at the bar and only asking to use a phone. They didn't say yes, no, or even ask my why. A manager asked me a unrelenting question, did I want to move to the lower bar top. The end didn't end well.. asking to use a phone is the worst thing in the world..

I recently came to eat here with my elderly grandmother and she’s the sweetest thing ever. Anyways soon after I walked in, I was greeted by a young lady with a bit of an attitude she rolled her eyes when I requested a booth but my grandmother needs a soft surface to sit on. After we were finally sat our waitress Olga came after 15 minutes of waiting which seemed reasonable because it was fairly busy but the attitude she displayed was not. She rushed our food order which messed up our meals completely. While we were waiting a young tall man, I believe he went by the name of Zane came to refill our beverages when he spilled water all over the bread and salad. My grandmother also got wet which made us genuinely irritated but we understand accidents happen but he made a joke that was the last straw, he said “ I’m glad you guys aren’t afraid of a little water” like what’s that supposed to mean! I don’t know if I’m over reacting but I won’t be returning ever!

I’ve been coming here for years and have always been disappointed with the service and food. Today the service was quick, there were many employees who looked like ants on the floor attending to every table, food was served warm and fresh. Quite the upgrade! Olga is very friendly and attentive and has been by far one of the best waitresses I’ve had at this Olive Garden establishment.

Ate here last night…The customer service was excellent, virtually no wait time. The food was good, people checked on us throughout and it was all good. I got the four cheese manicotti, salad, breadsticks, alfredo dip & hubby got tour of italy and shrimp appz. Well early this morning we both felt terrible, stomach pain, nausea, and i had vomiting today. As a public health professional, i wonder about proper hand hygiene and cross contamination with the salads. Either way, the service was great but i wont be eating at OG anytime soon.
