Since the new manager took over this place never has the food ready.This time I have to wait at least 20 minutes before the The teriyaki was ready.The Manager is rude and unfriendly.I use to like to come here for lunch with my family,but now I hate to see his unfriendly,nasty face.

Food was bad... and I mean it doesnt even taste like panda. I can go to 5 other locations and they all taste the same but this one... the teriyaki tastes like they added something... it tastes very off and I hope im not getting poisoned eating this...

This is my first time at this location and I must say , the service was outstanding . It was not busy, the food is hot and fresh . Jenny was an amazing. She went above and beyond to help me . She offered to make me fresh cream cheese wontons . I will definitely be back . Management has done a great job hiring someone so pleasant and helpful. Thank you Jenny for the exceptional service this evening .

I went a few times. Size is getting smaller.I found my credit card bill they charge 5 times $1.58. From May to July.I stop by this store and call headquarters.Each of them tell call the store and headquarters.Nobody can not handle. They said dispute the charges. I only buy the food two times the it happens.What about future charge. I have to keep watching the credit card charging and dispute. Everyone careful after you use credit card here they can keep charge some.

Had to wait over 30 minutes for an order that was an hour ahead of time. Watched the person give away our side orders to other customers until they ran out making us have to wait more for our PRE ordered food. It would have been a lot faster to wait in line and get the food because apparently that's who gets their order priority. Not the people who order ahead of the time. If you're looking for fast food, this isn't the place to get it.

This Panda Location is horrible, this worker named gisselle needs her job revoked because before she helped to take my order i was seeing how rude she was to the other people after me, she barely gave me any food and i wanted my moneys worth so when i asked her to put in a little more she tried to charge me 7$ for it like what? I'm hoping she gets her job revoked because she's very rude to everyone

I had to make a really long time to order my food, I wanted egg roles and the lady told me she didn’t have any buy to pay for them and come back in a bit when they come out, I go back and this rude lady was a black shirt asks my family "are you ordering something?" We say no and explain we had paid for the egg roles and she says she doesn’t remember us, Then she said under her teeth that we probably wanted them for free, Showed her my receipt and all of a sudden turned apologetic about her attitude towards my family!!!! Horrible !!!!

More important than the food..I was in the parking lot walking to my car and this girl from panda was trying to get my attention..I left my wallet & she was running to return it to me! I wanted to cry..I didn't even know I left my wallet there by mistake...THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE..IM SO BLESSED HONEST PEOPLE STILL EXIST AND CARE!!! thank you to the employee who took the time do all that she for me...
