Literally the BEST LOCATION ever!!! I am not a paid actor, I came in really late right before closing and the manager still made my fresh Honey Sesame Chicken. The kindest act ever!! That's over the top customer service. You were tired and about to close, but decided to help me anyway! Means a lot! Thanks Frida and Manuel!! You are awesome!!

Was about to spend $50 worth of food on three plates but all my three plates had a little bit of rice and chow mein ended up just walking out

I was about to spend $20 behind someone that was about to spend 40 and I noticed he walked out because they were giving very little rice and chow mein and then when I try to get my $20 worth of food they did the same to me I just feel like the cooks. Don’t like to cook or the manager is just lazy because the manager thought it’s acceptable as well

For two big plates and two big drinks and egg rolls, but I decided to leave when I noticed it was very little portions of rice and chow mein

How was behind a customer that ended up getting small portions and this lady decided to give me small portions as well. I walked out. You guys ended up losing two customers and I saw a manager agreeing with the small portions. I just think they don’t like to cook.

I guess the manager name is Manuel and he thinks it’s acceptable to let the female workers serve little portions very very very little portions like if it comes out of their check it was the smallest scoop I’ve ever seen in any Panda Express history and the manager proceeded to agree with the female worker ridiculous one star

Frida, the employee, is extremely rude and speaks harshly to customers. I witnessed this toward me and several other customers. She insults people, and when you ask her something, she doesn’t respond like a normal human being. Even if she behaves like an animal herself, that doesn’t mean she should treat customers in an animalistic way. Management definitely needs to address this. People do not want to experience rude behavior from anyone in a place where they eat!

Panda Express never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The orange chicken is unmatched, the chow mein hits the spot every time, and the service is consistently fast and friendly. Ana shows room for growth simply because during discomfort she neglected the needs of one customer to service another. Her overall communication (eye contact l, body language, verbal...) was extremely poor, and though I see potential she needs to perfect and practice professionalism. I've been to Panda Express where the girls have their ribbons in their hair, eyes bright, teeth showing with beautiful welcoming smiles. The thing about Customer Service is you never know who you're encountering, therefore you as a professional should always be intentional about making sure their experience with you is a good one.

Why argue😌 It's easier to fulfill a customers request than to create an uncomfortable environment - it's not worth it Ana. If the customer is paying it's best to honor their request for fresh food.

I still gave the restaurant a 5 Star ✨ with good faith that they'll continue to train our younger generation as they continue to evolve as a team that represents a phenomenal company.

Manager jeemi is very rude and racist . She charged twice on a drink but we brought only one on asking her the reason . She claimed my 8 years was trying to take an empty cup or something . She was extremely rude and used abusing language for asking refund . Please hire and responsible and customer supportive Manager .
Staff here are very rude and we will never visit here again .

OVERALL BAD SERVICE....
From the beginning the black shirt assistant manager had a sour look on her face and I knew I was going to have a bad experience, she served very small portions for all my sides and even the rice& chowmein. She acting Like it's coming out of her paycheck. Just terrible customer service from both the black shirt and red shirt, and after they were just laughing like they know what they are doing.... Never going to this location again!

This is the 4th tine i buy a soda but can't get ice or soda.

This is the 3rd time i buy a fountain drink and the machine does not work. I don't know why they keep selling the cups if they can't provide the drink to go inside it. And I'm not standing in that long line to get a refund for a cup. I just looked it up. The medium drink is $2.50 plus tax. I'm just getting ripped off at this place. That's nearly $10 just to throw away a dry unused cup. Getting pretty angry at this point.
