Not fair that they don't have closer to 5 stars. The food has always been good and staff always friendly. I've spent a lot of time here it's a great place to hang out and eat an unhurried meal and work from my phone.

I went last night and ordered a soup in a bread bowl, but it only had a few spoonfuls of soup inside. When I complained, I was told that’s “just a cup size,” and if I wanted more, I had to pay extra. Then the manager, Frank, admitted they were actually out of that soup, yet still refused to acknowledge the issue. When I asked for a refund, he told me I had to give back the bread bowl and my side, which felt very disrespectful.
They took an order they couldn’t fulfill, then handled the situation rudely. I left without eating anything, extremely disappointed.
