Order, pay, find a seat. 2 outdoor patios. Add burrata to your pasta. Wished there was protein options to add. But will try a protein dish next time too.

Let me start with, the food is fantastic. We ordered the bolognese and pesto pastas and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food for the price.
What we weren't so thrilled about is that the our ticket was never given to the kitchen and we watched all the people who were behind us in line not only get their food, but finish it.
Granted, mistakes like this happen in busy restaurants, my two stars is because they never got the mistake themselves and at the 35 minute mark I called a waiter over and asked him what the deal is.
Without saying a word he took my receipt and went inside, coming out a few minutes later to say "sorry, I didn't give them your ticket, it will be out soon".
If we hadn't noticed that everyone around us already got their food and brought it to their attention, they would have never caught it. Despite the wait we weren't offered as much as a drink as consolation.
Great food, bad service.

Deli like feel, took a long time to get the food. The noodles were aldante and sauces tasted good. It was cold so did not get to enjoy . You have to know where this place is, otherwise you can drive by it.

The atmosphere was nice, but the food was only okay. I ordered the pappardelle with the porcini cream sauce and a side of grilled chicken and my mom had the spaghetti with pesto. The bread was soft, but tasted underdone and was very dense (didn't prove for long enough?). The olive oil helped season the bread, but did not seem very high quality. The pasta had a nice texture to it, but the sauce was bland. My mom did not enjoy her pesto. When she asked for Parmesan or Romano, they brought it promptly, but it was not freshly grated. I think this place is a little bit meh for the price point. The bathroom was clean and the service was pretty good, but only 4 stars since you had to serve your own water.

The food is always great. But I’ve noticed Culver City location has consistently had terribly slow service in the year I have been going here, especially with pick up orders. Customers get to go straight to the second register to pick up their order, but it takes a while for somebody to even come to the register and check on the orders. This time they took over 1 hour to fulfill the order and when we opened the bread we were surprised to see we were given the end of a baguette. It’s frustrating to see a good restaurant struggle to give decent service.

I ordered online from Pasta Sisters last night only to be informed by the app that it would be delivered today. I immediately contacted the app to have Pasta Sisters cancel the order. They said they would follow up with the restaurant and did so last night. I did the same this morning BEFORE the restaurant was open. They ignored the emails and made the food anyway and tried to deliver it. Customer service from the app attempted to get a refund as have I, and yet Pasta Sisters refuses. May not matter much to them but they have certainly lost my household as customers.

I had the absolutely worst tiramisu in life! The cream was so dense and heavy, and had a weird base taste, almost like cashew milk instead of dairy. The liquid used to soak the bread is not coffee, no coffee taste at all, but sort of tasted like black tea, very weird. On top of that, not a sligh hint of rum or any other liquor as how it was supposed to. It was honestly disgústing.
The pasta was nothing but saltiness, not much umami taste, pretty plain.
I like the atmosphere and the price was cheap ish in today's economy.
Service was ok, people were just doing their jobs, they didn't owe customers a smile so I get that.

I don’t understand the appeal of this place. Tasteless tasteless food. They can say it’s from scratch but it’s still premade in bulk and refrigerated.

Terrible food and service, my mom got food poison. She ordered a pasta plate with “shrimp base sauce” and Christmas special whatever, it wasn’t tasty at all, and made my mom feel sick. One of the servers was a little bit reckless when serving the olive oil for the bread, he almost got it in my dress. Overall the food wasn’t special at all and I wasn’t happy with the outcome and service. The server’s were very reckless.
