A man named Cuba helped me pick out tacos and gave excellent customer service, I got a berria taco and it was probably the best taco I’ve ever had, the pastor taco and mole were also amazing, definitely worth a stop here.

Pinches is already my favorite lunch spot, but I ordered catering from the Culver City location for a birthday party, and I'm so glad I did! Food was delicious as always, and all of the guests asked where it was from and raved about it. Price was very reasonable, and we had tons of leftovers. Jorge, who managed the catering order was helpful, quick and accommodating. Would definitely get catering from Pinches again!

So good. Not sure if it's because I was starving but the queso birria and the crunchy tacos tasted really special. Really hit the spot. Bigger portions than your average street tacos. Great service too. Will definitely be back.

Was at a nearby store buying faucets. Was starving. Asked sales rep for a lunch reco. She suggested Pinches. Two Birria tacos for me. Combo plate for hubs. Tasty tacos. Good chips. Friendly service. Quiet and sunny inside. Good choice. Totally hit the spot.

The customer service is very Good here. The burrito that I got was very good and had a lot of flavor. They have the best pico de gallo. I recommend it!! The restaurant makes you feel like you're at an old-school restaurant in Mexico. This restaurant had a steady flow customers.

Processed an order online on the stores website at 7:55pm and arrived at 8:10 to pick up order and was told rudely the kitchen was closed even though the store hours were until 9pm. Got told no more orders and had to cancel myself. 3-5 business days for a refund and no food. Will not be going back.
