I have gone to this particular Pizza Hut on a couple of occasions and their pizza and boneless wings has been HORRIBLE! The pizza is extremely greasy and the wings are hard.You would be better served buying a oven pizza from Ralphs.

Jessica provided amazing customer service. She was proactive, attentive to detail, and super friendly and polite.
I ordered extra bacon and got less than what I get at other Pizza Huts when I order regular bacon. The sauce was very little. It was relatively tasteless pizza. I feel like they went cheap on every topping- not enough sauce, not enough cheese, not enough toppings. Onions were dry. Order was 10 minutes late - took 30 min total from order to get the pizza. Employee was friendly.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!On March 14 2024 I visited Pizza Hut located at 10780 Jefferson Blvd. I am caring for a loved one who recently had a heart attack and a stroke. With a variety of pizza restaurants to select from, I selected Pizza Hut.I ordered a Personal Pan Pizza and my family member enjoyed it. I also paid for said pizza wirh my debit card. I recently reviewed my bank statement and guess what. I WAS CHARGED $189.54 . Even more interesting Pizza Hut is not listed on my bank statement; Numero Uno is and it is located in a different city. Horrible!

I've gone to this Pizza Hut many times before over the last year and today was my best experience thus far. I actually vowed after the last time I went that I wasn't gonna go back but I said why not give one more try. The gentleman named Jason Richards, who was training a young man when I walked in was very professional and kind to everyone who walked in. The store was Extremely shorthanded For a Friday.. There was a total of two employees in there, One managing and 1 in training and the orders were coming in very fast.. Watching this young man train, take orders, run outside to do Curbside pick up then running back inside to pull pizzas out. The oven was extraordinary to say the least! I've been going to pizza huts for over 30 years. And I've never seen a young man. Do literally 10 things at 1 time and wear so many hats. I had to take the time out to leave A. Review on a Friday evening for this young man. Because he is truly any employers dream. Employee to see his dedication. Impatience and the level of expertise he puts into what he's doing in a pizza. Hut, it's very commendable in today's time Where most young people don't even want to work!

Placed an order on iber eats. Been 1 hr. I called and said they run out and I have to cancel . The lady manager said I have to call them to get a refund. I said I m not gonna spend time on the phone while I have been waiting an hour and she said then umyou won't get your money back and hung up. The Adam manager was no help either. Great customer service guys ?

At the last minute I chose pizza hut for dinner. The voice over the phone was very nice, made me feel like a valued customer. Pizza was hit and delicious!!!!
Parking: My instructions were to pull up, but it was a red line in front of pizza hut, so I was a little confused. Wasn't sure where to park so I parked in front of pizza hut with my emergency light blinkers.
The prices are a scam. They have a QR code to follow for the menu with prices. I went ahead to create a pizza starting at $15.89. I added two toppings. The lady taking my order said that “after the service fee and tax…”, and told me it was $29 with change.There’s no viable reason the price should have such a difference. There should be no service fee as there is no delivery. The product is already being paid for and there is a tax as well. The lady told me it’s online prices. That is not right, as a chain brand the prices should be the same unless it’s a coupon or deal occurring.I will not be trying Pizza Hut again with these price scams. There are competitors with far better pricing. There should not be a substantial price difference nor a service fee when there’s no delivery in place. The product already is being paid for and it’s not the cheapest out there.
