Waited 40 mins for a bagel with cream cheese and two black coffees, and the coffee had coffee grinds in it. Don’t recommend

Good bagels but they tried to charge 5 dollars extra to spread cream cheese on my bagel. Absolutely insane! What are these companies thinking. It's like price gouging to the extreme.

Great by NY standards. These bagels are done in the classical boil/ bake method. Amazing shop, worth the wait.

The staff is friendly, as many other reviews have mentioned. But it takes a long time to get your order. I’d wait for a long while for yummy food. This ain’t it.
The bagels are dense and puffy at the same time, I wouldn’t call them dry but you definitely have to chew on them a bunch.
The filling to bread ratio is really off too.
You get a mass of chewy bread and a thin sliver of filling on the Lox, Egg, Onion sandwich.
For $14 not including tip and tax.
Barely noticed any lox or onion.
Bagel factory on national and sepulveda is in a strip mall and it’s not nearly as gorgeous as the area around Pop’s bagels.
But I eat every crumb of my Bagel Factory bagel.
I couldn’t finish my Pop’s bagel sandwich.

As an east coaster I’m always looking for a decent bagel in L.A. I’m a big fan of their cinnamon raisins bagels and their variety of schmears.

Culver City is friendly and welcoming and so is this spot. A perfect casual place to grab a freshly baked bag. Personal favorite is the pastrami, egg and cheese sandwich.

The staff is polite and efficient. A solid bet for visitors and locals alike.
