This isnt the typical Qdoba I was used to. Came for the mexican gumbo (not offered) and noticed a very stripped down menu. Kind of pricey too for a drink, 2 tacos & a side of rice ($18). Where were all the toppings at for the tacos/burritos? The bacon. The garlic. The......nevermind. I guess that is so 2013. The chicken in the tacos was tasty, the rice was stale & the god damn place closes to early (7pm). They do have a nice patio though, so you can watch the people who think their sh*t dont stink, enter & exit the mall this place is located in.

Tried Qdoba for the first time and was impressed by the quality of food. Got a huge build your own burrito for $10 and you can choose unlimited toppings

This was not first time but this was it for me. I ordered 2 chicken quesadilla and the staff was so efficient that They burnt it and butchered while cutting. Staff looked so unhappy being there, the way they helped other customers and the way they responded to my request to remake one of the quesadilla was appalling. Use to love this place and food but not anymore.

Lobster roll was a hit for my father. He truly enjoyed it and wished we got one to go to save for later haha

Nothing I can say delicious, and I have tried everything. The taste is just mediocre & their portion is very little. If you ask for a little salsa you have to pay for it.

Even with the LA county Mask mandate being lifted they refuse to serve me and sell food because I was not wearing mask. They just lost a customer.

The manager here has lost his mind.While I was in line Drinking my Starbucks he told me to pull my mask up.I told him I'm drinking my drink.He took my food out of the servers hand and told her not to serve me. I had the mask on my chin like most people do while drinking.He had a serious power trip and is luck my business partner made me leave.I did toss him my drink since I was done with it.Horrible Management
I just received the worst service ever.Since when do a store manager have the right to refuse business because I'm drinking a drink in line.It is standard to be able to pull you mask down to eat or drink.This lil guy must have been having a bad day because he refused to serve me.He told me while I'm in his line I need to wear my mask.So since I continued to drink my drink he decided to grab my food out of the hands of the worker and tell her not to serve me.This man needs to fix his attitude or get a new job.Hopefully he's not there when I return.

Love this place. My wife is a vegetarian, and my kid is vegan. So they have all the options for us. And always at a great price. And the quality is predictably good each time. And large portions. I like this experience so much more than Chipotle (Chipotle isn't bad, but is much more limited in options - and more expensive).
