Excellent brick oven pizza. They use fresh ingredients and have an interesting selection of pizzas to choose from. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to their craft. The dough is so good here and the pizzas come with that delicious wood fire taste that many other pizza places don't have.

The pizza here is great. But the service at Roberta's is very strange. It is as if the waitstaff has been instructed by management to be rude to the customers. I've gone several times now and had a nearly identical experience with different servers. They are rude and abrupt, even caustic at times. There is no sense of them attempting to be welcoming or friendly. They act as though the whole thing--the restaurant itself--is an imposition for them. It's really creepy honestly and a bad vibe. I would avoid this place if you want to have a fun night out.

Great dinner date spot. Great ambience - the platform is usually lively but not overly crowded. The heaters are particularly great for chilly nights and they're always willing to adjust it. The house-made stracciatella with the domed bread and green lettuces are solid starters. The bee sting is sometimes off-menu but a really great alternative to their original, with a hint of honey and spice. We didn't make reservations but managed to get a table outside pretty quickly on a weekend night.

I love this place!!! The bee sting is a must and they’re SO consistent. I’ve been coming here for 6+ years and I’ve gotten the bee sting almost every time haha. It tastes the same as the first time I’ve had it (which is honestly one of my favorite pizzas in SoCal). The drinks are great and it has a good atmosphere. Perfect for a dinner date or a great hang with your friends.Parking is easy in the Platform garage. No one validates in the Platform but parking is pretty cheap like only a few bucks. There’s also valet if you prefer that.

Been a regular here for a few years now. The food is top notch and service is usually solid. However, in our last few visits, we've noticed a specific staff member who has horrendous BO. When he services our table or nearby tables, it is very unpleasant. We've overheard other customers near us complain about the odor as well, so we're not imagining it. The other employees must smell it too, so I'm not sure why this has not been addressed by management. We love the food here, but we are going to have to take a break from Roberta's. Hopefully this will be addressed.

The food is fantastic, especially the pizza. Chewy, toasty crust with the perfect balance of toppings and flavors. The ambiance is also great for a night out. The service is pretty lacking though. Perhaps they were understaffed, but we had to make multiple attempts to flag down our server, which wouldn't have been necessary had he checked in on us more than once every 35-40 minutes.

Roberta's Culver City is one of my all time favorite pizza and pasta places in the world. Their food menu is awesome, and the wine list is to die for. It's also a great place for a cocktail. My friends and I love how when we arrive, we're always greeted energetically by the host. Everyone is so kind. Gina is always there to offer us the best wine recommendations. Mel gives the best food recommendations. The whole staff goes out of their way to make sure we're enjoying our experience. Plus the playlists are always great.Shout to to Gina, Mel, and the whole Roberta's team for absolutely crushing it. I come here almost every week and don't plan to stop anytime soon!!

Been on my list for a while now. Didn’t disappoint. We got the bee sting pizza, I believe it was called, and an appetizer ( forgot the name ) that came with freshly baked bread, and a cheese that was similar to buratta. Bomb. Don’t think about it just go.

The food was great! A friend and I split the Crispy Grover pizza and it was delicious and reasonably priced. What really stood out though was the incredible service! All servers were very attentive and kind and our table even got a free pizza! (Highly recommend the Bee Sting pizza as well). Thank you to everyone who made our lunch experience so lovely :)

Service blows. They are rude and inconsiderate of guests. They have a bad reputation for service, yet I hear their pizza is great. I can't confirm whether their food is good or not because they wouldn't attend to my table after sitting there for 30 mins. Long story short, we left.

In town and of course had to stop by our favorite spot and lucked up having John as our server again and he made our night again! Try the sugar snap peas and the tortellini if you stop by

I ate here last night and my party had reservations. The service was very slow and our appetizer came out with our entree 50 minutes later. It also took awhile for our drinks to be served. The restaurant was not busy and there was plenty of seating available. I do not know what was the hold up as there was no explanation for the poor service. As a result, I will not be returning.

Had lunch here today and I'm originally loyal to the Brooklyn location but John may have changed my mind a bit! Try their stracciatella with the meatballs together. It compliments each other in the best way!
