We come almost once a week but this week had Gabby help us and she is a STAR! She literally brightened our whole day and we’re really grateful for her service and kindness. Thought that should be celebrated so sharing how incredible she is here :)

I visited on 11/15, since they were doing free scoops of their new Red One flavors, and I also wanted to check out this location for my first time, since I’m a big Salt and Straw fan and have visited many of the other ones around LA. The ice cream was delicious as always, and this is a cute little location with ample outdoor seating, but I’d like to give my biggest compliment and gratitude to the staff! They were efficient and kind, and provided great service. Thank you to everyone who works at this Salt & Straw, I wish you the best!

Amazing customer service from the team at this location!

Went in intending to use a Salt & Straw gift card on some several pints but payment did not go through. Team member there advised us to contact customer support and gave us the pints for free as an apology.

Look I get it, you get busy but for some someone that reads your menu and is confused by the titles of your ice-cream, I expect to be able to try a couple of your flavors until I find a flavor that is enjoyable but today during my first experience it was not an enjoyable one. I asked to try one and I did not like it and I asked to try another one and the person behind the counter rushed me and did not give me a chance to try it. She kept giving me move forward motions and shood me off. My partner ended up choosing a flavor because he was rushed but he did not even feel like he chose a good flavor. If you know what you want then go here but if you're going to try new flavors then don't bother. You won't ever know what you like because the person behind the counter has a bad attitude and just wants to shoo you off.

I wanted to like this place, but the flavors are just weird.
They have standard flavors like coffee nuts, which was my favorite, and not very sweet, but a bit too salty. The strawberry balsamic sounded good, but was overly sweet. The caramel was too salty.
They do make a thick, creamy ice cream. It's great if you like "interesting" flavors, like chocolate covered crickets or black pepper, and lots of salt. There was a very long line. But I prefer more traditionally balanced flavors.

Worst service ever. One the girls working there wearing a red bandana looked like if she didn't want to be there. She was rude and unfriendly. Definitely won't go back there. I went on 10/5/24 around 6pm. And the spoons are defective. They cut lips

We went here on a Friday evening and it was not too crowded. The staff very friendly. They kept the line moving fast. Wasn’t too adventurous to try some of the flavors on the menu. Ordered Honey and Lavender. Mild ice cream and tasted good. Good location with ample seating area just outside the store.

Horrible service. I tried a special flavor and they didn’t tell me it had pork until I went to another location and the workers there warned my friend before trying. I am shocked. Also, the girl serving me had the worst attitude ever and was very rude. Will not go back again.

Innovative take on ice cream, both traditional and less traditional flavors. Waffle cones made fresh on site, and even the smaller portions can be large - eat fast and grab a napkin less you drip ice cream on your shoes.

Parking: Paid parking in various local garages is easiest.

Lots of vegan/dairy free options. We had the dairy free strawberry and coconut water sorbet. It was delicious.

Vegetarian options: Vegan options are clearly marked.

It was a day after my birthday, and not only did they still allow me a free scoop, but they were just as kind and courteous as ever. Love this place and can’t wait to go back!

This has become a ritual. My favourite ice cream spot - double waffle cone, gooey chocolate brownie and sea salt caramel ribbon! The best!
