Ribs were well seasoned and the mild and spicy sauces were loaded with delicious heat.
The grilled veggies were my personal favorite and the beans were off the hook.

Our organization used them for an event just this past weekend. They were on time, professional and friendly. The Tri-tip as fantastic. You could taste the smoke, see the smoke ring and I heard several of our guests comment positively on the BBQ, When the opportunity arises, we will use them again and my family and I will be going to the restaurant!
