The food was horrible the service was horrible I took my girlfriend and my LITTLE sister to eat here and the food gave all of us stomach issues and we couldn’t eat the rest of the day due to how much pain we were in. Never eating here again. Spent 40$ btw crap food and crap service

Good food but pricey. Ordered lasagna and was surprised garlic bread wasn’t included—you have to pay extra. The staff aren’t very friendly, which could be better. However, the pasta and sausage stromboli were delicious and made up for it. A decent spot if you’re craving Italian, but don’t expect much in terms of service. Four stars for the tasty food despite the downsides.

Yesterday i was out with my friend shopping having a VERY GOOD day until i came here to eat. My friend ordered our food for us we weren’t so hungry so he asked for an nyc combo and the cashier got confused and gave us a two slice combo. Everyone makes mistakes just like the cashier parents did ?? and it would’ve been fine but this obnoxious lady started being very rude and unprofessional. She started blaming US when she was the one who made the mistake of putting in the wrong order, this is the second time this happens this place has the WORST customer service. This happened yesterday around 7:15 the lady looked latina, curly somewhat long hair with an atrocious shade of red lipstick. I was very disappointed, people like her with no patience and ugly attitudes should not be in a workforce where you’re needed to interact with customers. We will NEVER bring our lovely presence near this location again, i recommend going to the one in cerritos it is SO MUCH better.

The person forgot to make my pizza, and when I asked if it was coming soon, they said, yes, I waited again, and ask them what happened, and they said they hadn’t made it at all. I walked away and from halfway across the mall, the guy that looks like a manager was waving me down, so I came back, he asked me what I wanted I said the fastest thing you guys, they expected me to pay for a slice that they had never made and I asked for three times to have it made? you must be out of your mind. There was nobody there when I ordered the pizza in the first place, it was not busy and now I’m starving and I have to go because I’m paying the Tesla supercharger overtime because once it’s finished charging, they charge you more than it cost to charge it if you don’t unplug your vehicle and drive away,… Like ..what in the actual Fuuuu????

The guy w makeup on his eyes was very rude cuz he never greeted me. He wasn't friendly at all. I got a regular salad & the croutons were wet,not crunchy at all. Got a room temperature slice of pepperoni pizza,never offered to warm it up. He didn't ask me if I wanted my receipt. It was a very unpleasant experience.
