Many times to this area, but first time to this location, free parking lot and street parking available, new restaurant, very clean inside, lots of seating, saw Culver City Police eating inside, so felt very safe. Can order ahead, at a qiosks or at the counter, good portions fair pricing. Very favorable and lots of options, already recommended and will return.

I was starving all day and got the Avocado Bacon Burger with no cheese and had some extra sauce. I don't usually get Shake Shack but I figured I'd give it a try after years and it was decent. Just like the service. Not the best but not the worst. It was a nice spot on the corner to post up at and work on my phone for a little.

I've never been in Shake Shack before but I decided to try their Korean style burger, and took one bite and it was like hell. So salty you can't eat it. Heart arteries enemy. Do not buy it. It's junk food at its lowest grade. Not to mention that I the girl who took my order gave me the wrong soda. I asked for a coke and I got the zero coke. Do I want to go back? Hell no I rather eat at in and out burger than this mediocre establishment.

Their shroom Burgers r delicious so are their regular burgers. They have a new Korean Bbq burger for a limited time. Very clean. Polite, attentive customer service. Yesenia took her time to answer my questions about the menu. Felt very welcomed . Personalized customer service. That you don’t normally expect. Been to other Shake Shacks in Downtown & Manhattan Beach. The service & the food were always on point. But Yesenia has taken my experience to the next level. Seeing how involved & helpful she was towards other guests as well. I felt welcomed to sit there enjoy my food. & come back. Not just grab something in a rush on the go.
We went here for dinner on Friday evening. They have 4 self-serve kiosks for ordering. Ample indoor seating and very clean inside. We saw workers continually clearing tables when people would leave. Food came out quickly and brought to our table. No complaints about food or service. Dog friendly on the outdoor patio. I believe they have their own parking lot and there are also multiple lots nearby for parking.

The food was so GOOD! The BBQ is so dang good, it should be bottled and sold. Chicken bites was amazing and juicy. My burger beautifully done. Awesome customer service! An employee gave us Trolls lip balm and my daughter was so happy. Great music, clean business and I'm glad we stopped by before going to our main destination. 12/10!! Thank you for such amazing service!!!
