I came to this location and when I was placing my order I ordered my pizza with extra extras pepperoni. As the server came to leave my pizza that pizza didn't have extra pepperoni as I ask for when I paid for it. I told the server hey I asked for extra pepperoni she seemed upset for some reason, I even told her I payed for extra pepperoni and I wasn't rude about it. She told me her manager is going to do it this time. Like girl I paid for it what's the problem? Then the table I was sitting on it was dirty I ask if I can get it cleaned I mean they did it but it took a long while for the food to arrive and it was very disappointing to see this.

I was there yesterday. The lady at the, salad bar was very rude! She said, that salad area was closed. It was not! I told her in english and in spanish that my mom just paid for the plate?? She dissmissed me very rudley. She had very poor English, yet when I spoke to her in spanish, that my mom just paid she rolled her eyes and shood me away. She could have been nicer. I understand that some customers just try to get free ish, from the salad bar, but she was just rude. I will not be back to this Shakeys. The service was terrible and the chicken was burnt. The inglewood location is the go to place.

My husband's grandma lives nearby so we stopped at Shakey's for dinner after visiting her. It was still busy when we got there at 8:20PM. There were two people in line in front of me, but I waited 10 minutes until I could finally order. I walk with my kids to the arcade. It's small, so I just give them $40 to play and then sat at the table to wait for our food. They were done playing and came to the table after 30 minutes. They were hungry and bummed that the food hadn't arrived yet. I went to the counter to ask if they were still working on our order. The lady looked at my receipt wide eyed and took it back to the kitchen to tell the staff what I ordered. It was a little annoying I had waited for nothing. I didn't make a big deal of it because mistakes happen, although they did not offer any kind of apology. 10-15 minutes later our food starts arriving. I noticed right away that it was wrong. I ordered the chicken dark meat only and was given breasts. "Dark meat only" was clearly on the receipt I gave them. I ordered and large pizza, was given a medium. They made up for it by making another medium. I didn't fuss about the chicken because it's already 9:20 and they close at 9:30. We ate our food as quickly as we could and left at 9:45. The food was decent. The restaurant was messy. Trash on the ground and surfaces looked dirty. The service was dismissive and not particularly friendly. My kids said half the games in the already small arcade was broken. Overall a bad experience and would not return to this location.

Went recently to eat with my family the establishment was not what it use to be. The cashier she was more interested in talking and lollygagging with the employees and not focusing on servicing the customers. The food was not what it use to be fresh and well cooked now the food is dry, dry, dry. While we were serving ourselves food we saw an employee who was in the kitchen who not only was making the food she was eating it at the same time and the serving it!!!!! which is a disgusting hazard!!!! We could not find a manager to report what we had seen. My family and I will be eating at different location moving forward.

The worst service I ever received. The desert was overpriced for how small it was. The place was crowded with people standing over your table while you eat. The staff ignored me when I asked for " to-go" boxes. They looked at me and turned away and continued as if I hadn't been standing there talking to them. And on top of it all when my family and I were STILL seated the waiter started collecting our plates and putting "reserved" signs on our table. I can honestly say that I wouldn't recommend this location to any of my friends who have big or small families. I don't feel as if they'll be treated right or even have a good time.

This place is an absolute mess and disaster. It's over crowded, but also it's gross. Customer service is non existent. The workers were on their phones and blocking the restroom. I was there with my son just waiting until I finally said "excuse me! Can we please get to the restroom" they were all like "of course" with an attitude as if they weren't blocking it for almost 5 minutes. They would've never moved although they clearly saw us there waiting to get through. Then my kids ate and they thought the food tasted great but after seeing how filthy this place is, I can only pray that they don't get ecoli or some bug from eating here. After eating, the kids went to the arcade area in the back. Before we could even take a full step in, we were met with an overwhelming stench of manure! I couldn't even breathe. My kids still wanted to play but complained about the smell. Majority of the games were out of service! Filthy, disgusting like they've NEVER been cleaned. Flies flew around our heads and all over the place. It's so chaotic. I will never come back and make sure to decline play dates here in the future. I am holding back vomit while typing this.

One of my many birthday celebration. Food excellent. We got the Bunch A Lunch. We wanted white meat. It's $4 extra per person and you only get a breast and a wing. It stick to the thighs and drumsticks that actually come with the special. You eat all you want.
