Waited 30 minutes to place order Was provided with 2 lunch menus which had different prices than dinner so Taste of LA ended up costing $55 as opposed to $35 per person. Plates sat finished for 30 minutes while server chatted at the side. Had to asked for bill which came with $165 erroneous extra charge for 3 Caesar Salads.
Great food, service was exceptional and we will be going back. Half off all wine bottles on a wednesday.
Overall it was a great dining experience. Our server was amazing. The food was good, not great but very good.
The food was delicious. In addition to a couple of appetizers, we had hamburgers, clams and trout. they were all very tasty but I did find the almonds and butter on the trout to a little too salty for my taste buds. The servers effecient and very attentive. I loved the ambiance and stayed longer than we normally do when out to dinner.
Two of us had the mussels and they were superb. Drinks were good, too, and our server was wonderful. The menu is fairly limited, but overall it was very enjoyable.
Excellent choice for a quiet cozy breakfast. Love the ambience. Food is delicious. And staff is wonderful.
I love this restaurant, it's one of my favorites. However, I was disappointed in the Thanksgiving meal. The turkey was over salted (and the portion was small). The mashed potatoes were runny and the stuffing was just ok. I did love the pecan pie. I guess the old saying, you get what you pay for rings true for this special event. I would not come back for the Thanksgiving dinner again, but will be back for all else.
My drink only arrived only after the appetizers had been consumed. They forgot my food entirely when the entrees arrived...and finally showed up after everyone had finished. My friends ordered glasses of wine, but those too were an afterthought, served way after the entrees had arrived. And the food?....inedible. DRY DRY DRY overly-salted duck. The heaters ran out of propane and we were freezing. DON"T GO. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.
Love this spot. Went for happy hour and got the Parisienne soooo delish! Prepare to be in a food coma after haha

Some people just work in the wrong industry. Bartender when we went did not see customers at the bar that were waiting for menus, to order, etc. When he finally came around he would take one order and walk away while we were also trying to order food. And when he brought the drinks, he was short and didn’t want to be bothered. So we closed out and went to the Culver Hotel

Definitely recommend coming here for happy hour - the food and the pricing on that menu is incredible. Other items are a little pricey for what they are but everything is delicious.
Delightful lunch with my best friend a glass of champagne a lovely patio. We were very happy as usual.
This was not good.
Tried Simonette on a whim as I was attending a film festival at the Culver theater and I now consider it a main go to when I'm in Culver. Excellent in all categories.
Incredibly loud, incredibly slow, duck was overcooked beyond recognition. Overall not great.
