I never leave 1 star reviews but after visiting this location a few separate times over the past few months I have to say something. This is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. It is in a convenient location, which is why I have given it a try a few times, but a black coffee and a green iced tea regularly take 20+ minutes when you order ahead on the app. There’s rarely enough people inside or mobile orders sitting on the counter to justify this kind of wait, in fact the only other people I usually see inside are also waiting for their orders. Much slower than locations in downtown LA, which I know see a lot more foot traffic. No idea what the deal is, but if you are in any sort of rush to get to work don’t order from this location.

As others have mentioned, this is one of the slowest Starbucks in the area and in general. The app estimate isn’t accurate and you will be waiting for your drinks for a long time, even for simple drinks like cold brew, black coffee, and iced tea. Quality is fine and on par with other Starbucks but definitely do not recommend if you’re in a rush.

My visit to the Starbucks in Culver City, LA was satisfactory, earning it a rating of three stars. The coffee itself was up to the usual Starbucks standard, delivering the familiar taste and quality I've come to expect. However, the service was a bit slow and disorganized, resulting in longer wait times than I would have liked. Despite the crowded atmosphere, the ambiance was pleasant enough for a quick coffee break. A/C is on full at 8:45a on Sunday when its 58deg outside in Feb. Not a nice vibe, and doesn't attract customers, as you can see in photos. Thankfully cold enough outside that I had a jacket on, but I'm left to contemplate the needless waste of energy and its contribution to global warming

I placed a Starbucks mobile order for 2 drinks around 3:15 PM. The app promised a 5-minute wait. Upon arrival at 3:30 PM, I found two baristas behind the counter with no line. Despite a sign prompting mobile order customers to notify a barista, both seemed uninterested and ignored me. One barista even walked away after preparing a drink for herself without acknowledging my presence. The other eventually made my order but seemed surprised when I asked for two straws for two drinks.Overall, it was a disappointing experience with both baristas displaying a lack of attentiveness and poor attitudes. While I'm hesitant to leave negative feedback, I feel compelled to share my encounter to warn others.

i went here to grab a drink with my friend. my friend has celiac so she asked for a special service for the worker to go through with getting her her pastry. annoyed, the worker went on to put a pastry that she did not ask for containing gluten, claiming that it was the only gluten free thing they had at the time. this ended up making her extremely sick after. i also asked for a venti mango dragonfruit refresher in which the worker gave me a tall pink drink and still charged me the cost of a venti drink. before i had the chance to actually defend myself and my friend to possibly get a refund or a switch of fringe, another worker told me they were closed and then proceeded to kick us out of the store into the pouring rain without any care or letting us eat in the store we bought from. i checked the store hours and they were open for another 4 hours, so they kicked us out for no aparrent reason. a group of older girls followed us but the workers let them into the store. the service i was given was absolutely disgusting and rude. this should not go unheard

Been to this location many times, love the atmosphere here. Always friendly service, lots of parking outside which is rare in such a busy area, so much to walk to that’s near by as well, shopping and food. Will definitely return, and highly recommend, very clean, indoor and outdoor seating. Absolutely love the staff at this location, and also if you’re ever looking for rare cups, I can almost always find them here. I’ve also st inside and outside before

August 24, 2023 Culver City: After sushi just steps away, 2 friends & I walked over to Starbucks! Super friendly customer service & quite the pretty location w/plenty of seating indoors, as well as outdoors with plenty of greenery all around! You Rock & It's Pumpkin Season: Ordered my favorite cheese danish! Thanks to the nice server who helped me decide on the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte w/almond milk, loved it! Tastes even better through a straw! Haha! Excellent location on a beautiful day out w/friends! Cheers!

After ordering, I waited 30 minutes for a plain ice coffee and there was still a wait. I had to cancel bc I had to get to work, never got the coffee, an apologize or a credit after standing around like a moron for 30 min.Date was 5/24/23 at 10:40am.
