Didn't even get a coffee. I stood there for a good 10 mins, none of the employees acknowledged me They just went about their way talking about whether they would be having a refresher or a coffee. I'm literally the only person in front of the register.

The place closes way earlier than it states. They close at 7:30pm which is half an hour before it says they close. Should change it if they don't actually close at 8. Food is good but the service is alright.

Possibly the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Three employees and only 2 people in line ahead of me. Waited almost 10 minute to get my order and then had to wait another 5 minutes just to get a regular coffee. How is it possible that Starbucks does not have any brewed coffee ready for customers? Employees there were all walking in slow motion and spent more time In back instead of working . Horrible!

Service was great! Location on Google shows it as inside the mall but it’s actually across from the mall lot and facing away, and part of the Trader Joe’s building.
nice that its in Macys so after you shop you can get coffee
