Avoid at all costs they have absolute bad coffee! They also are sneezing around the machines and coughing.

This is the worst Starbucks . Our coffees tasted like water. And when we complained, she wanted to charge us extra for another shot. I think they reuse their coffee over and over. Don’t waste your money.

Everytime I stop by the starbucks they are always out of something like lids or cold brew. Received attitude from one of the baristas named sophie when i asked what was in the cold foam. I could feel them purposely making my drink very slowly as a peaked into how dirty the bar was. Everytime i pick up my sister from work the locals always mention stopping by the other starbucks down the street. I really hope they figure it out soon so i don’t have to go further for my coffee :(

Come to this Starbucks if you like to be ignored while you are the only one in line. And then without acknowledging your presence, one of the two employees behind the counter goes to the “back.” And then the other one went back to his side work. All while I was standing directly in front of them. Hint: Take care of the only customer in line before your side work. Don’t act like every other thing is more important. And most importantly - acknowledge your customer. I can wait. Just be polite and value that I am standing there wanting to give you money. That is why left. Lame. 10:13 am 11/4

I have a bad habit to go TJ and Starbucks. Just indulging. Outside patio is always occupied by same people. Do they live here? So do not use this location for studying or meeting with friends because there are no open tables for you.

NOT ONLY DID IT TAKE ALL OF 15 MINS TO COMPLETE...THE DRINK WAS WRONG¡¡¡LOW AND BEHOLD ANOTHER 15 TO CORRECT IT¡¡¡ALL ALONG THE SENIOR ASSOCIATE DIDN'T TRY TO MAKE IT...TRASH¡¡¡TOTAL TRASH¡¡¡¡¡KEEP YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY...SHUT IT DOWN...

A worker name Vanessa, took my order make mw wait 20 minutes and when I asked another person they said she didn't place the order ? ? ? never going there again

Horrible!! I came in at 7:25pm and a worker named Vanessa informed me that she wasn’t able to help me because she was leaving early. I asked pavilions manager if that was allowed and he proceeded to call her. She did not inform her management that she was closing early and turned off all the machines before 8pm. This experience was not only extremely unprofessional but a huge inconvenience. I love Starbucks but I do not recommend this location to anyone looking for late coffee.

Needed that vanilla sweet cream cold brew! Always fast, good and refreshing.

You offer pick up and then cancel the order 1 day before! If you can't fulfill orders, be honest with people!
