It seems they need to retrain their employees on customer service and how to make their drinks.
Got two shaken espressos light ice and a dragon fruit drink. All had 80% ice and after specifically asking for light ice they were also made incorrectly. So I pretty much paid for three poorly made drinks full of ice.

The staff here don't know how to make mocha.
What's more, while eating sweets and chatting with another staff member, he closed my cup with his dirty hands.
I just visited the first store in Seattle a few days ago, and I want to show them the slovenly employees here.

Gwenyth clearly hates her job, the coffee is always decent and the rest of the staff is lovely but I come in almost every morning (I’m a store manager in the mall so I’m here a lot) and it’s gotten to the point if Gwenyth is taking orders I’ll start buying a Red Bull from target for my shift instead. She loudly talks about disliking all customers and seems irritated when someone wants to order anything from her. This morning I saw her yelling at a poor man because he didn’t hear what she said. It’s genuinely shocking she is still employed

Went to order a pink drink on 10/6 at 11:30am. I asked for no ice. Was told that it would be an extra $1.50 for no ice. Asked if there was extra charge for half ice - still $1.50. I was polite during the whole interaction, but the barista was very short and rude. She seemed annoyed that I was taken aback by the extra charge. I said I would stick with the regular amount of ice. Later looked at the Starbucks app to see if they charge for no ice on the app - they do not. If you want no ice or light ice, order on the app!

Overpriced coffee
Starbucks is stupid, they call themselves coffee shop and their baristas don’t know how to make a simple tea! They use hot tap water to make black tea! any person who has made black once in their lifetime know that it has to be boiling temp water, not just hot tap water! It’s not the first time or first location. Starbucks employees don’t have basic knowledge or training.
