wanted to take a moment to recognize the team at your Culver City location (outside fox hills mall) . I’m a frequent customer, and every time I come in I’m greeted with great energy and genuine smiles from Addie, Ashley, Julie, Natalia, and Priscilla.

It’s honestly refreshing to see how well everyone works together. You can tell they enjoy what they do and support one another, and that makes the experience better for customers. I also notice a lot of regulars who clearly have built real connections with the staff.

Erandi, the manager, really stands out. She jumps in when things get busy and leads by example, which says a lot about the culture at this store.

This location truly feels like a community. You’ve got a great team here.

I swear on the days it's super busy.My drink gets made within two minutes.But when no one's there, i'm sitting there waiting five minutes for my drink and the barista is moving really slow and on top of it, they make my drink really terrible and don't give me a good pull of espresso

I've been coming to Starbucks Slauson since they first opened in 2016 or 2017. There are a few workers who have stood out and stayed for at least 4 years. Shout out first to Ian, shift lead for being here from day one and always showing kindness and care in my life and my work as a therapist and social worker. I thank you for always being willing to listen and support. Val, you have such a fun and uplifting presence and always did the same and listened when I needed additional support. Rachel, Ginger and Larz have also had a friendly and caring presence. Dezzy I appreciate our one on one conversations and your willingness to be helpful. To see a Starbucks where so many staff has stayed says a lot about the way this Starbucks is managed. Definitely show these wonderful love when you come in! You all rock!

Hey I’m still giving five stars because I like the employees here and I don’t mind Starbucks so it’s okay but you guys need to stop giving out these paper lids— or get better quality paper lids that don’t soak thru so easily. This is a picture of my cup just sitting in my car while I drive no sips yet. It makes a huge mess every time no matter how I position myself and I might have to go back to getting coffee elsewhere until you guys fix this in every Starbucks location.

Idk if its only this place bt they dnt serve ur frapps any more in plastic, I order through mobile a tall caramel frappe n was given to me on a paper cup Idk wat it was but my drink did not taste the same, it was like cold water n bit of caramel n lots of foam well won't be going there again

I haven't been to any starbucks for a while now so I stopped by when I picked up some client from LAX airport. Always good. I had the warmed chocolate croissant.

I drive past three other Starbucks locations just to come to this one—and it’s all because of the incredible morning crew: Glenda, Camila, and Mitzi.

They are the definition of professional and personal. Every morning, they greet customers with warmth, know people by name, and handle the busy rush with grace and kindness. Their attention to detail, consistency, and joyful attitude make a huge difference in starting my day right.

Starbucks is truly lucky to have team members like these three. Thank you, Glenda, Camila, and Mitzi—you’re the reason I keep coming back!

DEAR STARBUCKS OWNER ,

Secret shoppers are definitely needed for this location as the atmosphere at the 6150 SLAUSON location could do without this Iaan character. He worked & closed the store tonight 2/1/2025. When you come to this location, make sure you tip otherwise the staff will insult you and make fun of you. I hope he's just having a bad morning. If you're in a customer service and you base your attitude on your customers tips then maybe time to find a new career that will pay you better without stressing yourself on tips.
