I haven't been to any starbucks for a while now so I stopped by when I picked up some client from LAX airport. Always good. I had the warmed chocolate croissant.

I drive past three other Starbucks locations just to come to this one—and it’s all because of the incredible morning crew: Glenda, Camila, and Mitzi.

They are the definition of professional and personal. Every morning, they greet customers with warmth, know people by name, and handle the busy rush with grace and kindness. Their attention to detail, consistency, and joyful attitude make a huge difference in starting my day right.

Starbucks is truly lucky to have team members like these three. Thank you, Glenda, Camila, and Mitzi—you’re the reason I keep coming back!

DEAR STARBUCKS OWNER ,

Secret shoppers are definitely needed for this location as the atmosphere at the 6150 SLAUSON location could do without this Iaan character. He worked & closed the store tonight 2/1/2025. When you come to this location, make sure you tip otherwise the staff will insult you and make fun of you. I hope he's just having a bad morning. If you're in a customer service and you base your attitude on your customers tips then maybe time to find a new career that will pay you better without stressing yourself on tips.

Can’t give change for a $50? Even with a drink and food purchase over 10 bucks? And give $30 in change? Manager couldn’t even understand what I was saying, they clearly make anyone with no education or degree hold the title of a manager, pathetic. I didn’t ask for change for a big bill or need big bills in return, completely incompetent. Will be contacting corporate

Customer service was nonexistent. I arrived to order a drink. No one greeted me. They were all walking around in front of me as if I wasn't standing right in front of the cash register. One girl walked up to where I was standing without addressing me but started talking to some man across the room about how much creamer he wanted in his drink. He realized how rude she was being to me so he didn't even answer her. And she did it twice! How disgusting and disrespectful. I'm a beautiful Black woman with great etiquette. These racially bias mexican/white females at this Starbucks have no clue about true customer service because they grew up in the ghetto. And the Black male baristas who work there need to be fired for buying into the disrespect and ignorance. I won't be returning. I make better coffee and tea than any of those clueless, disrespectful scabs.

There’s a dedicated Food and drink dispatcher that makes things so much easier and organized. It’s my first time here but it seemed that everyone that came in was greeted by first name and judging by the entire teams energy I’m not surprised that people come back. I will definitely be coming back.

I went here to get a hot cup of tea the honey citrus mint tea but they did not have any. They did give me a hot cup of water and I had a tea bag with me. My husband got a Java chip Frappuccino he really enjoyed it.

This location is excellent at providing efficient customer service and drinks and food. In and out in a matter of minutes. There is sufficient seating inside and outside. It’s alway clean. Use the Mobile app and you’re in and out in a matter of minutes. Plenty of free parking. My go to location when I’m in the office! Thank you to this team!! YOU ROCK!!!
