They go above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied. The restaurant's design is unique, with a pen wall made of 2x4s, creating a cool and artistic atmosphere.
Even though it is a small location, the ambiance is welcoming and pleasant. One of the standout features of this Starbucks is the staff's eagerness to help customers find their perfect drink. For example, a customer who usually orders a vanilla iced latte was open to trying something new and asked for a pumpkin drink recommendation. Geo and Jordan were more than happy to help and provided samples of different pumpkin drinks until the customer found her new favorite - the Ice Pumpkin Chai.
