I go there often since it’s right next to the hospital where I work. But they’re usually careless. This time, I ordered a chocolate croissant and a latte. I waited 15 minutes. When I asked where my order was, they said someone else took it. What a coincidence — both the latte and the croissant were taken by someone else! That wasn’t true. I checked every order they made because I had to get to work. Because of them, I was 20 minutes late. They didn’t even say sorry. They told me the chocolate croissants were gone and to choose something else. I’ve never seen people this careless before — at Starbucks.

Across from the Sony studio and next to the Metro bus stop. If this Starbucks don't make money then the world's coming to an end. Good thing about a busy shop like this is the coffee will always be fresh and super hot. They have a very small sitting area, get in and get out is the vibe.

I went to this location on Washington and Overland with a friend of mine around 12:30 pm today to grab a cup of coffee and some bites. The person who served us, a man, had the worst attitude. He was very unfriendly and impatient. He seemed upset when we were asking him some questions about some items and if he could suggest us something else. Honestly, he should find another job if he is not happy with his current job and not even willing to provide a good service.Such a disappointment!
