I had a great experience at Starbucks today! The barista at the counter was incredibly polite and patient while explaining how to redeem my 500 Stars. He took the time to make sure I understood everything. The rest of the team was just as friendly and welcoming, and the store was very clean and inviting. Overall, an excellent visit! Thank you for the great service!

Staff always welcoming, from 4:30am to close , coffee and other food items always correct… Very much apart of the community, hard workers… students, people with second jobs or not to AV who left negative comments about intellectual qualities you have none it’s coffee and if you where the guy who was rude swearing at a very young lady trying to correct your order shame on you Outstanding crew RM

I was completely flabbergasted from the mistreatment I received from Alexia she probably was having a bad day however not an excuse to make a valued customer who's been spending tons of money practically everyday for years in uniform your problem. The way I was spoken to was so unnecessary after I'd asked politely for toilet paper and waited for 5 min for you to rudley say did you purchase something. It's how you said it in which I've passed this message to my coworkers who I've recommended prior till this mistreatment in which they were to shocked. You've just lost a valued customer please learn how to speak to customers in a professional manner at least

I have been such a fan of this Starbucks for years - to the point that I always recommend and praise it to others. Had a disappointing encounter today. I was given a gift receipt by staff a couple of days ago (for a late or messed up order which was really very kind of them).
I tried to use it today (feb 17 2025 ~11am) and was treated like I was trying to scam them out of $4 because that staff member forgot to give me the accompanying gift card. I stood in line for 10 minutes having to prove my order, recite the exact details of that day, the order, what happened why it was messed up how it was allegedly fixed etc, along with accusations that *I* must have dropped the gift card (i did not receive a card, i in fact remember it being funny that in 2025 they would still hand out paper gift receipts).
They went so far as demonstrating the fact that the receipt was folded proved that a gift card was given with it so that I had to have been the one who lost it - when I was the one who folded the receipt myself to get it to fit into a small compartment of my purse. As I am writing this I can't believe I even had to defend myself like this lol.
It's $4 - it's not that serious. They were acting like it was $4000. I would've rather paid than to have to publicly go through hoops for a $3.75 coffee (at one point I tried to leave). After enjoying this place as a patron for years, I will no longer be going to this Starbucks.

I had such a pleasure here yesterday evening. Unfortunately I wasn't able to remember his name but the guy with the piercings was incredibly welcoming. His energy was very calming and he was so patient with my kids and I really appreciate that!.. food is still nothing to talk about very expensive & cheap

I come here 1/wk to do some work. Most of the baristas are helpful. The managers are great, making sure wait times aren’t long and unsavory characters don’t bother other customers.

Unfortunately young staff is not considerate to wheelchair people only to allow bullies to plug in at multiple outlets while gone from clearly labeled table & are wondering around outside somewhere. Suggestion : remove wheelchair stickers. That way staff wont need to act immature.
Sanai there is the worst. Took her more than 3 attempts to get the right drink and her attitude was terrible.
