I ordered for pick up. This is so ridiculous that it’s happening 2 nd frickin time that they saying they didn’t receive my order, i ordered through app. I showed them the order number and confirmation also they asked for credit card charge i even showed they still refused to make my order. Last time i didn’t say nothing and left but this time i want to complain about that and have never received my refund. This is holy shit

For the first time ever the subway is closed I came in like I normally do at 7 o’clock in the morning to bring my train in to eat in his clothes now they’re talking about it opens at 9 o’clock. How is that possible if our children go to school early and our jobs are 9 to 5.

The guy on night staff, is very unprofessional. He was rude to a lady, that was just asking us a question as she needed help. He was short, rude, and unprofessional with me. Needs to be more friendly and work on his customer service skills. If you hate your job? Then find another one. We are paying customers that just want to eat food and pay for it at subway. I would prefer not to have a rude guy treating me with disrespect. I will never come to this subway again, as I frequent many. Because of how this guy treated me. He should be fired. Short Indian guy. Very rude to customers.

Always a great sandwich at this location. the bread is always fresh and the company finally went back to slicing the meat fresh. We had two Ultimate BMT's and they both were delicious. One of our favorite locations especially because they are open 24hrs.

I guess maybe the lady didn't understand English well I don't know. But she had a hard time taking my order that I wanted a salad with double meet supreme and Italian cold cuts.Then her co-worker got an attitude and came over there and said that I was confusing the woman and I told her well I know I speak clear and concise English so she's confusing herself and I didn't appreciate that attitude so I told him I could go somewhere else if there's a problem because I don't like eating angry food...Furthermore, the place was filthy I had to clean off my table myself

This is one of the worst subways I’ve ever been to. There is an older Latina woman who is chubby who is so rude. My boyfriend and I had a coupon and we wanted to use it on a sandwich that wasn’t excluded from the list that was on the coupon and she said she couldn’t give us that sandwich because each subway has there own rules which is stupid. Then it should say that on the coupon. she had told us which ones weren’t applicable and we got one that wasn’t on there and she made the sandwich knowing what coupon we had and then when she charged us she tells us that my boyfriend’s sandwich isn’t part of the promotion even though she never said it wasn’t. She waited until when we were already paying to say his sandwich wasn’t part of the deal. She was making up her own rules. Like the sandwich is coming out of her check. I hope her boss appreciates her since she did all this extra stuff to avoid selling us the sandwiches. Hope her minimum wage is worth it
