This is one of the worst subways I’ve ever been to. There is an older Latina woman who is chubby who is so rude. My boyfriend and I had a coupon and we wanted to use it on a sandwich that wasn’t excluded from the list that was on the coupon and she said she couldn’t give us that sandwich because each subway has there own rules which is stupid. Then it should say that on the coupon. she had told us which ones weren’t applicable and we got one that wasn’t on there and she made the sandwich knowing what coupon we had and then when she charged us she tells us that my boyfriend’s sandwich isn’t part of the promotion even though she never said it wasn’t. She waited until when we were already paying to say his sandwich wasn’t part of the deal. She was making up her own rules. Like the sandwich is coming out of her check. I hope her boss appreciates her since she did all this extra stuff to avoid selling us the sandwiches. Hope her minimum wage is worth it

I order a sandwich with jalapeño bread and I notice something was not normal when this other guy handled the bread to the lady who was making my order this particular bread was bullet from the back of the business but I say OK I’ll try it, but when I got to the car, I noticed that my bread was completely uncooked, so I went inside and asked for a new sandwich, and they said no the bread is hard and all that kinda blah blah blah blah but I was a baker and I bake a lot of stuff and I noticed, and I know when a bread is uncooked Because I have experienced cooking bread so I walk away with no sandwich and still hungry. And no money back That’s not cool.

When I was there years ago it was my breakfast, lunch and dinner, always got a good customer service, I will come back some day and see how it works now.
Incompetent idiots. I placed my order online. Went to pick it up AFTER the time indicated. That sandwich should have been made. Instead, the dude asks me for my ID. I said "what for? Didn't you make my sandwich?" He says "i just want to make sure it's you so I can make the right one." What the fuck?!!! What's the point of ordering ahead then?? Never again.

I come here often after work to get a sandwich around close to midnight and the people here a very nice. It's not the safest location at night but if you live around here you should already know this. Other stores like 711 or the gas station is riddled with homeless people but not as this subway location. I just want to say thank you to the graveyard shift for all your hard work you guys definitely deserve a raise I will continue to come to this subway as this is the only sandwich place close by that's open 24:7 again Thank You!

The service could be better. The girl seemed not at all pleased to be at work. In my experience, food tastes better with prepared and served with care and positive vibes. She never smiled once or gave any indication she was happy to assist. I stopped eating Subway sandwiches except for tuna awhile back. I just wanted Broccoli cheese soup and bread but she said they couldn't sale the bread. Ko I ordered an Italian and it was not pleasant. I ended up pulling everything off the sandwich and just dipping the bread in the soup. The soup was decent

When I paid for my sandwich here the clerk tried to claim that my $20 bill was counterfeit I just got it from the ATM I checked it it was not counterfeit he decided he was going to confiscate it and call the police this was a scam I got ripped off I paid with another $20 but it was unfair and I know the guy has some hustle of ripping people off
