Great people who always take my orders (Carlos & Nancy). But why did Subway start opening @9am that's just too late.

I used to love coming to this place before I went to work when employees told me that they cut their hours back really disappointed me specially for the employees and myself. How are they gonna pay their bills? This is their job how are they gonna survive and never at least what about your customers that choose to come to your location early in the morning before they go to work or start their day I feel like this is very inconvenient and very disappointing to cut back hours in the business service for your customers and also for your employees I asked the district manager what is the reason why you’re cutting back the hours he had no answer to give to his customers that is very bad customer service
i was hungry and i was used to going to subway the usual opening but i didn’t get any notifications that they were changing the hours im pretty disappointed

hi I went today around 7 o’clock in the morning and it was close. I normally go in there at 7:30 and I get greeted with a smile in their faces but today it was closed. I was really sad because I went to work with no food and no breakfast.

When did they change the schedule in our subway to open at 9 o’clock? Our kids go to school at 7:30 we pass by and get a sandwich every day to see it smiling faces from Nancy and Carlos. This is ridiculous if people work for 9 to 5 and kids go to school at 7:30 ridiculous. Oh my God what’s going on here? Why did you guys change the schedule? Makes no sense now I think we’re gonna eat starting to eating Burger King. It’s not even healthy for the kids. Makes no sense.

Food is fine - on par with any Subway. Service is VERY hit or miss, however. The online reviews here about being very careful about making APP orders here are ON POINT. I ordered 01/05/2025 at 6:40 PM ($9.18: ORDER # 17BCF23B-31). Whichever employee(s) are working during that shift NEED to be RETRAINED. First off, NO ONE answers the phone at this time. I called earlier to edit my order via my app. No answer. Afterwards I picked up my order, mentioning to the sole male employee there "you really oughta answer your phone, please." He gave an odd excuse about not being aware of a phone or something. Upon coming home (miles away) and opening my bag I noticed they did NOT include an item on my order. I called to get alert them/get a refund. But, still, no answer. So, now I need to call again tomorrow (since the store closes in about 10 minutes) or revisit the store IN-PERSON to try to get a refund on an item I never received. (TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY - they didn't even fulfill my special request to toast my bread). Frustrating!

We were in line to order and rather than taking our order the manager took the order of a man who walked in and didn’t wait at all. We were waiting in line for ten minutes and she refused to serve us before the man who didn’t wait at all. I will never return to this store, the manager was very disrespectful!

The sandwich was fine, the gentleman behind the counter was rude and not friendly or helpful. I'm hard of hearing and he would not speak up, even after I let him know that I couldn't hear him. I will not go back to this location.

It’s funny how this location does not sell you bread but every other location will, and even if you Google it, it will say that subway will sell you bread

My kids love subway. Heck. I love it too at times. I will say that when you order in person here it's all good but don't order online here. I don't think they have ever gotten my order right. 3 times they give me a 6" when it should have been a footlobg. So open up those stapled bags and check your order before you leave.

With a franchise like Subway, its easy to find locations that just smash your sandwich together. But this spot pays attention to what theyre doing and doesn’t try to save money by putting two olives on footlong sandwich.

Purchased the exact same footlong with avocado 3 days earlier from another location paid $3.20 less for the sandwich and $0.10 less for the avocado than today. In addition purchased a dozen cookies was charged $0.39 more for the cookies. My final total was $7.69 more than 3 days ago. I'm going to quit going to Subway because their prices differ at every different location than what the app specifies. I always order the same items. SMH!! Only compliment is to the sandwich maker today, he made an excellent sandwich and wasn't skimpy on any item I asked for. If I knew his name, I would definitely give him a shout out. Thank you for a filling footlong, we definitely enjoyed it.
