Hello, I’m a regular customer and I often buy Subway sandwiches from your store. However, one of your employees (I believe he’s Indian, though I don’t know his name) keeps giving me untoasted bread, even though I always ask for it toasted.
Could you please make sure he knows where the toaster oven is and how to properly toast the bread? Thank you for your attention to this issue. I’ll be requesting a refund again this time.
