the heavy set woman is just very rude. i remember maybe like a month ago, i used a coupon. when i back a week later, i tried to use a coupon again, she told me they dont take coupons. well ok then. i asked for spicy italian, she said " we dont do that, pick a number" umm ok. now today i went again, another employee helped me, Letty i think. she was very nice. i asked for spicy italian, she made it right away. when i had to pay, the heavy set woman said "you wanna combo," i said no thank you. and she proceeded to charge me. didnt give me a chance to put my phone number for points. once i paid, she was quick to walk away without giving me a bag or my order. i asked her for a bag and the audacity of this woman. "i ask you you say no, its 15 cents, you want it" didnt know i had to pay for a bag, i remember past times i didnt have too. so i just said no thank you, can i just get my order, and she just shoved it towards me. smh. why.

Emee denied my gift card which clearly states it must be used in store. She said it’s online only however it clearly states it can ONLY be used in store. I have never an issue using the gift card before. I can’t stand in competent workers.

This is one of the worst subway , the clerk wears plastic gloves, but she seems to touch everything, even cash register. Also, it was 11 am. but no fresh vegetables . Vegetables are like from last night.

For some reason the quality of service is not that great. Now they don't provide trays anymore. When I requested for a tray, I couldn't get the name of the employee but she appeared to be Hispanic heavy set women, responded not so nicely that they don't provide TRAYS by the way which they used to. she sound rude.

I had a subway discount coupon they wouldn't take they said it did not qualify for the subs I ordered. I have been using the same coupon many times in the past. But this time she didn't take it. I couldn't read it at the store the print is to small. After I went home and read it it didn't say anything about the subs I ordered was the wrong subs for the coupon.

Facility is SUPER CLEAN & ORGANIZED. Staff is super courteous & friendly. I think this staff are the one who make the SubWay commercials. For my sub looks like the one in the commercials. ??????Thank You Staff ... Keep Up The Great Work ???????
