I've been coming here for years. Never has it been so empty. Never have I had a salad I didn't like. Never had such a bad salad anywhere. Nearly un-able to eat. No way to take one fork-full and not get rotten basil, and in the other salad, Yes two $36 bucks, was wilted rusty lettuce all the way to rotten back mushy bits.

I wouldn't blame the servers, because they think it's okay to serve this kind of food, I BLAME MANAGEMENT, and if they think it's common sense, then they don't get being able to deliver food at a healthy quality above what you'd find in a trash can

See above note about management, it's their fault, training is everything, period.

It was my first time eating at sweetgreen, I thought Mendocino farms was healthy. well? sweetgreen gives them a run for their money. I loved all the variety of options especially feeling safe in whatever I was eating was healthy and organic. Even my picky toddler loved it! The specific location I went to was a bit intimidating, there was nothing but highbrow/executive types... But other than that I loved it.

I’ve been a longtime loyal customer of sweetgreen. The harvest bowl is one of my absolute favorites, I’ve been getting lunch here for at least 5 years. I was excited to take my family from out of town there recently and was horrified when we found a green slug in one of our harvest bowls. Being a loyal customer, I was sure once I reached out to support and let them know they would make it right. However, they only credited $22 of a $55 order where all three of us had ordered (and thrown out) harvest bowls with the same kale the slug was found in. After repeated emails with their support team explaining that none of us were able to enjoy our meals, they still refused to credit the full order. Super disappointed and bummed out by this.

I stopped and got a salad for the first time. I was very impressed with the salad. It was fresh and delicious. Delicious 😋 salad. The right portion of greens, wild rice and blackened chicken was added. Loved it. So good 👍.

25 dollars for a salad bowl and won’t even destem arugula. Pokes the shit out of my throat. Ive seen other locations not do this as well. Maybe thats why this company is losing millions.

Outstanding service and friendly staff. We went at around 11 am to get food for pickup and it was not too crowded.
The food was fresh and made to our requests. The person at the counter was extremely helpful and pleasant.
I would absolutely go here again and recommend to others as well.

I ordered the miso glazed salmon on DoorDash, but surprisingly, the salmon was missing—I only received rice and avocado. I really hope mistakes like this don’t happen again.

Also, there seems to be an issue with the store’s contact number. I tried calling three times, but each time I got an error message and the call was immediately disconnected. That’s something that should be fixed as well.

Don’t go during your lunch rush. Waited 15+ mins for something that’s supposed to be quick and readily available. They told me that they “want to ensure that the product is fresh” but that felt like the ultimate gaslighting excuse. I regret waiting and later proceeded to ask if my kid can have a juice box for the inconvenience. The manger was very firm on not compensating us, which was fine but then I noticed another customer getting furious about the delay of his order and it not being ready when they said it was. Who ever is the manger on duty for the lunch rush, should work on time efficiency and preparation. Never again!!!

The salads are always great and consistent. The worker blended my fish in my salad before I could tell him to lay it on top. I chalk it up to a new employee, and I am forgiving. I was a bit repelled however about people bringing their dogs into the restaurant and sitting down. I am a dog lover, but large dogs probably should not be in an open air eating facility where the food is exposed.
