Oh my gosh - so, so, so GOOD! I immediately had to check out your website and learn about products and background. Truly, so IMPRESSIVE. Awesome variety. Just walked up. Tried to pull the door and it didn't budge. I called from the front door and they're permanently closed. I'm so sad. Their non-dairy vanilla bean was sooo good! This is a travesty and I am completely sad by this. There was a sign that I scanned over on there door as well and it says that their products can be found in Whole Foods, etc. Coolhaus come back to us! We need you guys!!! [inserts tears and pouts]

This is such a yummy dessert spot if you have a sweet tooth. They give you sooo much ice cream and the cookies are really good too. The strawberries and cream ice cream was probably my favorite, it's so creamy and the strawberry adds a bit of freshness. The service here is fantastic btw! They are so friendly, personable, and really quick with service.

I visited this shop off the beaten path in LA and was pleasantly surprised! They have a small selection of cookies & ice cream (dairy & non-dairy) but bold flavors to choose from. I got a salted caramel & snickerdoodle cookie with a bourbon flavored ice cream. Dee-licious!!

They let you sample the ice cream. They have a variety of ice cream to scoop. They also have prepackaged ice cream. They had cookies but we didn't get any. The ice cream is reasonably priced and the service was good

Vegan ice cream is delicious!! If I'm really craving some real dairy icecream I'll take a lactose pill (so I know what real icecream tastes like still lol). Best vegan ice cream I've had in my 6 years of being lactose intolerant. I've had two of their icecream sandwiches and they were fire. It's pricey, but you can treat yourself every once in a while
I Door Dashed your Bananas Foster ice cream tonight. Oh my heavens!!! This was the best ice cream ever. I can’t wait to try all the flavors. Superb job ladies???

Have been here twice and it was great both times. Servers are very nice and attentive. Flavors are fun and tasty. Prices are on par with other fun ice cream shops.

Stopped in on a random weekend afternoon after shopping next door at Hi-lo. There was only one other patron eating at the counter window. We were immediately greeted by the friendly employee and told that we could sample as much as we like. After a couple years of COVID, it was a nice to see that ice cream samples were back. I immediately tried some of their more interesting flavors starting with black sesame (creamy and subtly peanut butter like). Next, I tried the Halo, which blew me away. Just the right amount of sweetness and perfect cloud like texture. I also loved the additions of toasted coconut and mochi. What a home run!

The girl working was helpful and patient. I would prefer to have an actual spoon and not a popsicle stick. The flavor of the chocolate molten lava cake was good. The ice cream was more crumbly and less creamy than I usually like. The rest of my family got cookies and they liked them. They had a variety of vegan ice cream options too.

Really really great customer service! I got the banana ice cream ( can't remember the name ; blame my pregnant brain ! ) but It was amazing ! My sister got the cimm mom to be . Amazing & the strawberry cheesecake!! I was lowkey jealous !
