I got an original pretzel and found out that it was still raw or not baked. I went back to show the item to the cashier, and both cashier had an attitude when I showed them the raw dough... I've been baking for years, and even if u have no expirance, you can tell it's not baked instead of apologizing. Both cashiers were mad... it's so sad that nowadays people don't know what customer service is ..

Stopped by on 1/9/2023 about 11am, most of the items on the menu were not available, I ended up getting a pepperoni pretzel, it was that or a plain one were my only choice, it was flat, and very dry, the employee was not helpful, and overall it deserves a 0 star, in my opinion.

I just recently visited the location inside terminal one at gate 14 and The young lady clerk there was very rude and disrespectful As we walked up to the counter we noticed that the menu board for Wetzel's pretzels was not lit however the juice bar was lit we went to ask if The Wetzel's pretzel side was open she was rude and said I'll be with you in just a minute. When she finally got over to take our order she was hurried and dismissive about her order. After snapping at me saying we only take cards take cards she deliberately she deliberately pretended not to hear a portion of our order. She took the orders of the next 2 guests and ask them how they were doing and if they wanted a receipt at the end of their transaction she never asked me for a receipt I stood there And finally had to ask her if she could give me a receipt she printed out a receipt from another register That did not have a QR code on it for me to file a review I am a Wetzel's pretzel's fan but if you are employing young people with this attitude I will never visit wetzels againK

Amazing food, great quality, was able to take home and re heat with no issue. Workers are amazing especially that one young man and girl with the colored hair.

Portion was so small. I got bites for $8 which ended up being smaller than just getting an actual pretzel for less money. Bag was halfway full.Will not be coming back.

Worst pretzel every hard as a rock I wanted a snack after I got my eyebrows done. I should have returned it but whatever.

Paid $8 for burnt hard pepperoni bites. Bought it walked to my car. When i tried to give the first pepperoni bite to my 2yr old daughter. I saw that not even one was edible. If it was inedible for me. Can you imagine for a 2yr old. It was wasted money. Don't do that. If they get burn and hard don't sell them please. I would give you 0 stars. But not possible

Love Wetzels Pretzels, we were here this past Friday and the week before on a Saturday. These pretzels are so good.
They are my kryptonite. I love the smell of the pretzels baking and love the doughy and salty flavor of the pretzels. Very affordable too.
The workers are generally nice here and very hard working.
I snapped a video of one of the female workers rolling out the dough. It was very impressive to see her work and she put on quite a show without knowing it. I hope that Wetzels appreciates the hard work of their employees. Again, great pretzels

I find the pretzels a little on the expensive size but sometimes you just bite the bullet. The pretzels are always warm and fresh. I prefer the original, salted pretzel with mustard o the side. The employees at this location are always friendly and helpful.
