I've loved Winchell's as a Donut shop for over 50 years (various locations) however this location with customer service and initiating good and consistent customer service needs a lot to be desired & might I add a real and vask understanding and comprehension of the English language needs to be implemented even just on the most basic levels ..
First time here and it was very disappointing...No order in client line, orders were provided messy and inaccurate. Staff was all over the place and distracted. Please do better & I say NO BACON because I am allergic, thanks!
OMG BEST JELLY DONUT IVE HAD N A LONG LONG TIME!!!! BUTTERY N FULL OF GOOD REAL JELLY, YUMMMMM the chocolate custard tho....yuk, wasn't regular vanilla custard it was banana and even worse artificial banana flavor, u can taste the chemical
