They don't do any of the promos and the phone doesn't work

Keep giving this place another chance and every time all but a few flavors are out of order.

they’re always out of all flavors (i mean come on how are you out of plain tart for over a month) AND their phone line doesn’t work so you can’t call ahead to ask. also you can’t order pickup or delivery. what’s up with that

Best Yogurtland location in the area! Always clean, well stocked, and with plenty of flavor options. What really makes it stand out are the toppings — especially the liquid fudge and hard-shell chocolate (a must if you’re a toppings fan!).
Free parking is available right outside, though it can get busy since the strip mall also has several restaurants and a gym. Still, this location is worth it every time — good service, fresh yogurt, and everything you’d expect from Yogurtland done right!

They didn't have any fruits, the oreo cookies were old, and brownies were hard. I will never stop here again!

Unfortunately this is the worst location in LA. Often out of flavors, hot fudge not always available, bathroom is always out of order. I’ve stopped going to this one. Not sure why this one consistently lags behind other locations.

I enjoy Yogurtland but this is the worst Yogurtland (Culver City) there is! This place always has the MOST machines not working! Has hardly any good fruit flavors, I live close and have walked out because they don’t change flavors as other Yogurtland's do! Management doesn’t care about this establishment because this place has been like this for years, look at all the one star reviews!! I started going to different Yogurtland’s due to the poor quality of flavors, empty and dirty machines! I shouldn’t have to buy else where especially when I live close by, if they would only start caring about their Consumers instead of profits!!

Onlybad thing was that there was little options. Some of the flavors where out, luckily not my favorite lol

I went to this store after receiving several emails and notifications from Yogurtland about a buy one get one free on 2/6/25. The store refused to honor the promotion and worst of all they had only about 4 flavors. I will not be returning to this store and I want to let everyone know that they do not honor Yogurtland promotions so don’t waste your time going there.

We walked in and the girl was on her phone from the moment we walked in til she rung me up. No greeting or anything. A lot of broken machines with limited flavors. No fruits in the topping bar! Which is disappointing because I love adding fruit to my yogurt. She didn’t even ask if I wanted to use my rewards and just told me the total so I mentioned I wanted to use my app and she had to go back and have me scan it. No type of customer service at all, I don’t know how she has a job there. Oh and they don’t take cash which is crazy to me

Yogurtland Review

I’ve been to this location multiple times, and while the service is good, there’s a lot that needs improvement. The machines are frequently out of order, and popular flavors are often unavailable. On the bright side, the toppings bar is well-maintained and clean, which is appreciated.

However, the overall cleanliness of the store is disappointing. The bathroom is usually disgusting (if it’s even open), and the seating area feels more like a truck stop than a place to relax. The chairs are dirty, and the floor is consistently filthy. Despite the overwhelming smell of cleaning supplies when you walk in, it’s hard to see what’s actually being cleaned.

The parking lot is another nightmare—tight spaces and chaotic drivers mean you’re constantly worried about your car being hit.

I only ever take out and leave immediately because the store is so dirty I don’t feel comfortable letting my kids sit or stay. I really hope management takes these issues seriously because it could be a much better experience with some effort.

Nostalgic place for me and my siblings. I love the variety of toppings and Im so glad rocket pop sorbet is a permanent flavor now!!
