I went to this store after receiving several emails and notifications from Yogurtland about a buy one get one free on 2/6/25. The store refused to honor the promotion and worst of all they had only about 4 flavors. I will not be returning to this store and I want to let everyone know that they do not honor Yogurtland promotions so don’t waste your time going there.
We walked in and the girl was on her phone from the moment we walked in til she rung me up. No greeting or anything. A lot of broken machines with limited flavors. No fruits in the topping bar! Which is disappointing because I love adding fruit to my yogurt. She didn’t even ask if I wanted to use my rewards and just told me the total so I mentioned I wanted to use my app and she had to go back and have me scan it. No type of customer service at all, I don’t know how she has a job there. Oh and they don’t take cash which is crazy to me
Yogurtland Review
I’ve been to this location multiple times, and while the service is good, there’s a lot that needs improvement. The machines are frequently out of order, and popular flavors are often unavailable. On the bright side, the toppings bar is well-maintained and clean, which is appreciated.
However, the overall cleanliness of the store is disappointing. The bathroom is usually disgusting (if it’s even open), and the seating area feels more like a truck stop than a place to relax. The chairs are dirty, and the floor is consistently filthy. Despite the overwhelming smell of cleaning supplies when you walk in, it’s hard to see what’s actually being cleaned.
The parking lot is another nightmare—tight spaces and chaotic drivers mean you’re constantly worried about your car being hit.
I only ever take out and leave immediately because the store is so dirty I don’t feel comfortable letting my kids sit or stay. I really hope management takes these issues seriously because it could be a much better experience with some effort.

It was a nice end to my day with my babyGRANDS! My oldest wanted some cream, so I had to oblige. They had tons of toppings for the yogurt. Unfortunately, they were limited with yogurt flavors. It could've had something to do with the time of day, but I digress! Overall, the visit was decent, staff was pleasant!

The phone number is out of order and they don’t post their flavors online. I mentioned this to the dark-haired young man with facial hair wearing airpods. He gave me attitude when I mentioned these facts with gentility. Additionally, half of the machines are out of order. What gives, Yogurtland?!

As a diabetic, one of the few indulgences I have is sugar free frozen yogurt. A few years ago they would at least have 1 sugar free flavor, but now, 8 out of 10 times I go, there are none and if there is one its vanilla. Also of about 8 machines with 16 flavors, only half are working and they rarely rotate other flavors. Boring! As for the space its old and tired. And the parking! With the gym and other stores you could spend 10min driving around in the lot looking for a parking space. I'm done trying. I drove an extra 5min down the road to Menchies where they always have 1 sugar free flavor (usually strawberry ) but tonight they also had Carbolyte Cookies and Cream which was amazing! Yogurtland is more like Yogurtsad. Don't waste your time.

I didn’t write a review the first time because I understand things happen but this is the second time I go where more than half their flavors are out and the ones that are there the machine seems to be empty. I asked an employee about it, and she said “oh yeah it’s broken, it works sometimes”. WHAT?? Then why even show that as an option?
And then the toppings is a whole other story, there wasn’t a single fruit topping!! The only thing they had was peaches cans. Even the other toppings seemed like they were missing stuff.
Very disappointed!!

First of all they have hardly and fruit toppings, no strawberry, no kiwi, no mango, no pineapple… they only have what looks to be canned peaches. They also didn’t have the non dairy flavor working. When I asked the counter folks they seemed annoyed and very dismissive. Worst experience ever!

I try to go at least once a week. I’m just so sad every time I come in there is no selection of flavors anymore. Maybe 4 Working flavors. Never a vanilla yogurt. Always a full fat vanilla ice cream, which apparently is delicious but not what I enjoy. The kids who work there keep it nice and clean a pretty good amount of time. I always tip them when it’s clean. I appreciate it considering how chaotic it can get. I do appreciate their hard work. They are always lovely and professional to me. I just worry about this location based on lack of supplies sometimes. Oh well, hang in there. It’s not easy being in business these days.
My favorite yogurt place. Not only because of the yogurt but also because they have peanuts as toppings. Plain tart with peanuts! Try it and thank me later.
It is the 3rd time we have come and they do not have all the flavors that they normally have, they only have 3 or 4 available, they do not have the fruit that they always used to have: strawberries, berries, mango, kiwi, etc. and even less the chocolate shell... they have nothing. .!! I had to go to Manhattan to get my ice cream where they have everything there...!!

Always a treat coming here! It's also a guilt trip, since they're located right next to a gym, hahaha. I'm kidding... Quick, easy, friendly, and yummy!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp into the store. Totally wheelchair friendly! Equal access to get fat from Fro-yo for all! I'm kidding, but the ramp is cool and inclusive. :-)

Three years ago I gave this shop 4 stars. Now it barely gets one star. The store is FILTHY. No hand Sanitizer just filth. Employees stand and look at their cell phones. On top of the disgust is the expense! Who charges $17.00 for a large yogurt?
