Fantastic first time experience here - a lovely way to celebrate our November birthdays! Service is top notch and food was excellent!

Had an outstanding lunch at Alexander’s Steakhouse in Cupertino! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Our server Tiffany provided warm, attentive service that made the experience even more enjoyable. Mr. Garcia helped us select a wonderful bottle of wine that paired perfectly with our meal, and Chef Oleg Sheyner truly showcased his culinary talent with every bite. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, making it a perfect setting for a memorable meal. Highly recommend!

The quality of food was okay. Not as delicious as before. From my perspective it has gone down a couple of stars.

What a terrific experience at Alexander's Steak House last night! It's my kids's birthday celebration and the restaurant did a very thoughtful and wonderful job. They presented the Happy Birthday card as soon as we sat down. The restaurant also treated us with some celebratory drinks and some fun cotton candies for the adults and my kids. Our waiter Taylor and the rest of the service staff were excellent. We truly enjoyed our dinner and we look forward to coming back soon.

Extremely overpriced for what you get. Better steaks in lower prices available 15-20min drive distance from this place.

This was a disappointing experience overall. The food was not what I would call 5-star. Felt like low-brow mass-market steakhouse food with much much too much butter to cover up a lack of style or panache. The wine pour was cheap/short; the creamed spinach was more cream than spinach; the pear desert was undercooked; one of our filets had burnt fat on the outside; the mashed potatoes were gooey and unappetizing. The Brussels sprouts, even without the cheese, were far too rich and barely count as vegetables anymore; the sauce on the filet was bland but salty and the presentation was sloppy. The staff tried hard to deliver what they felt was a “classy” experience but it was clear overall that the kitchen and front-of-house teams have never worked in a true haute cuisine restaurant.

The steaks were great.. our table ordered the F1 filet, prime rib, dry-aged T-bone. Accompanied sauces tasty. Funny, bread and homemade crackers, whipped butter was everyones's favorite! Martini, new old fashion, 50:50 mocktail, and chardonnay very good. Tuna tartare, octopus and popcorn crab were delicious appetizers as well. Side dishes.. truffle fries, mashed potatoes, fried rice and brussels just mediocre. Service was great. Overpriced when you can get equal steakhouse food for half the price. I would like to return but might pass due to cost.

I was absolutely shocked at the poor service received this evening. I used to be a server for like 15yrs and this entire wait staff needs to be retrained. They were short, rude, un accommodating, came off miserable and like speaking to us was bothering him. 3 different waiters kept interrupting our conversations constantly without being able to read cues of when to check in and when to circle back later. The wait staff killed the entire vibe. If you are going to have Walmart quality service drop the Ritz prices

My dining experience at Alexander's Steakhouse was fantastic. It was our first time there, and we were genuinely impressed by the level of service. The staff was incredibly attentive, checking in regularly and thoughtfully explaining each dish as it arrived. Their attention to detail and hospitality made the entire evening feel special. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we're looking forward to coming back.

It's always a pleasure dining at Alexander's. The staff are great and so on point, definitely a favourite place to go to celebrate special occasions!

Beautiful restaurant. I think every employee greeted us! The waiter was on point w wine suggestion. The food was absolutely delicious! The booth seat isn't comfortable glad the chairs offered a better sitting option.
