The service deserves 5 stars. Everyone was nice, friendly and attentive. From the person in the front who sat us down, the bartender who made our drinks and everyone who helped us during our visit. Joe was amazing throughout our whole experience. -The missing 1 star is for the steak. I debated with 3 or 4 stars (more 1.5 but can't really do a .5) so 4 it is. As a lot of other reviews mentioned the steak was bland and that is definitely true. The portion was a let down as well, reminded me of Texas roadhouse or even an outback when they served more types of steaks a long time ago. With that said definitely enjoyed my steaks and chops at Texas Roadhouse more. I was expecting more steak for the price and some flavor. None of the sauce helped the steaks :( -Popcorn crab was amazing. Mixture of big and small lump of crab. We enjoyed this appetizer a lot with the aioli. This was my favorite. -For lunch you get an amuse Bouche (Dinner gets bread service). It was veggie soup and a croissant. The flavor of the soup was good coming from someone who hates veggies. Wish it was a little bigger portion. -Salmon was good. -Skip the sweet corn, it wasn't sweet and tasted more like can. -Truffle fries is our second favorite. Not too overpowering and pretty crunchy. I may not recommend this place for steak based on our first visit but worth the visit for other items on their menu. Will most likely come back some other time and try something else. Interested to try the 50/50 burger. What could go wrong with something made of 50% bacon :)

Amazing!! Celebrated our one year anniversary and it was definitely worth it! The ambiance was very romantic. The service and staff was awesome! Shout out to Kitty our server! Everything was delicious.. the first steak house that knows how to cook their meat to perfection!! and the goat cheese cake dessert was so savory and sweet and delicious

Restaurant has gone downhill. Ordered Caesar salad and dry aged T-bone medium rare. . Soggy lettuce, no flavor. Forgot the anchovies. Steak undercooked cold center. No taste. Had about the same marbling that you would get from a Select grade at a low cost grocery store. Kind of defeats the purpose of dry aging, Service ok, nothing special. Only thing good about this dinner was the wine and I brought my own bottle. 2016 Bettina, highly recommended. Try Sundance in PA or even Henry's Hi Life in SJ. Both have steaks where you can actually taste the beef.. If you are a dry aged aficionado go to Harris in SF.

Filet Mignon was cooked medium rare how I wanted. The mashed potatoes and sauteed broccolini were pretty delicious. Caesar salad was ok. Chicken was not exciting, and chocolate mousse was decent. Banana cotton candy was surprisingly not bad. I'm usually not a fan of artificial banana flavor but this was subtle enough it was good.

I had a business dinner here about a week ago. While the steak was tender and perfectly aged, the service was unbelievably bad. I asked the waiter for salt and pepper and waited and waited but they never came. Not wanting my steak to get cold, I ate it without the proper seasonings. For an upscale restaurant to have such bad service is inexcusable.

I've been here several times. There has never been a time that I was disappointed. Food(meats) are amazing. Service is impeccable. A little pricey, but well worth it. Highly recommend it.

Love this place they've never disappointed you always have great service. The food is always amazing as well. You can't go wrong with it bill it is expensive but this off and the blow was giving you a cotton candy which makes it all worth it and put a smile on your face.

Came for a private event, so this review is not for the normal customers. The private event was held at a room with a long table. Service was available whenever we needed but not too intrusive, however the room is just too small for a group of 20 to mingle. Once you stand on one side of the table it's hard to move to the other side. We had a game that required a monitor and the monitor was too small for the old eyes at the other end of the table. Wine was excellent. I also tried their 2 house special cocktails. House of Dragon and Curious George, they are both delicious but Curious George was difficult for me to reconcile the description of banana and chocolate to an almost clear glass of beverage. I was expecting a thick chocolate syrupy texture based on the description. Food was not bad. The hamachi shot was ok, somehow the freshness didn't pop. The scallops were excellent and the 19oz prime rib was fat enough but a bit hard to cut. The chocolate mousses was average, can't go wrong anyways. Overall it was a good dinner, service was attentive in carrying through the menu. The wine collection was good. My mind was still fixated at the first time I came that they had the sampling menu that offered a comparison of angus beef and Wagyu beef and the wagyu cube just melted in the mouth like butter. That was the best memory that couldn't be topped with the rest few visits.

Too expensive and the food doesn't match the quality expected for such a place. They have very impressive meat displays that look great but the taste wasn't nothing special. I grew up in Argentina and I know my BBQ and meats and this place shouldn't be consider a top meat restaurant.

Delicious, celebrated my birthday there. Kind and attentive servers. A favorite spot. Even though it is pricey, worth it as a treat.
