Our fav Chinese restaurant of all time! Authentic, and a lot of amazing special dishes like Sichuan specialities. The house fried rice is my favorite fried rice ive ever had, and their spicy fish fillet is so so amazing yet shockingly cheap ($20 for a huge bowl). Great for families and gatherings!! As somoene whos allergic to walnuts, they always accomdate well when i ask for honey prawns without the walnuts .

This used to be our go to place for food. It changed ownership. All portions are cut in half at same price or same portion with double the price. Will not come back

Our friends took us here for the sesame bread, it was quite tasty. She also ordered seafood egg tofu, beef chow fun, stir fry bok choy, and spicy cabbage with chicken. The flavors and textures were good even the presentation. Service was quick and efficient.

Not made with care, unlike the other Apple near by!
Lackluster / mediocre Chinese food. There are dozens of Chinese places nearby that make better foods (albeit not all Sichuan). The Sichuan cold noodles 四川涼麵 was bare, needed some sesame paste; the sesame pancakes大餅 was bland and oily, needed salt badly; the couples’s beef 夫妻肺片 was one-note with way too much chili oil and sorely missing vinegar, and peanuts, scallion, or cilantro would have helped greatly. The tofu 紅燒豆腐 was good. Bathroom was clean and bright but had no paper towels. Service was speedy, perhaps too speedy. Owner (presumed) was conducting business loudly in the side dining room. Large TV had local Fox broadcast news on display.

Good stuff. Reliable and consistent quality.
The $34.99 dish is this tiny amount
Apple Green Bistro is a vibrant dining destination in Cupertino that truly captures the essence of Szechuan cuisine. It's become a favorite of many of my friends, and after trying their chilli fish, I completely understand why! The dish was absolutely huge, served in a large oval bowl, and packed with flavor. It featured a whole, perfectly fried fish, nestled among lotus stem, bok choy, red chilies, and peanuts, all swimming in a delicious, soupy sauce. The balance of spices was delightful, and the fish was cooked to perfection.
Beyond the excellent food, the restaurant has a charming and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both casual lunches and special dinners. The service is friendly and prompt, and I appreciated the modern touch of contactless ordering via QR codes. I highly recommend Apple Green Bistro for an authentic and memorable Szechuan dining experience.

The food and service are good, but the price may be a bit high, three courses + tip $80.
We love the iron plates seafood tofu , probably is the best in the Bay Area !
Food is excellent. Besides, the best part I love the restaurant is it's cleaness. It's been a popular restaurant for a long time, and it's still so clean!

The food is so mediocre for the price! Unusually bland and flavorless.

The good dishes are dashing, but there are only a few items I usually order. Mongolian beef was good but way too spicy
