Long story short it's really the pricing. The cream puff soze were fine, and the flavor was decent too. But the prices were beyond what I'd expect for something like this. If it's worth it is up to how much you want cream puffs.

We really enjoyed the cream puff and the front guy, Eduardo was seriously just the best!!! Thank you! Would always recommend to just pick up some extras to share with others. Really friendly service and he went above and beyond when he didn't have to!

I don't know what happened to this location. We used to love their eclairs, but the quality has gone downhill. We got their eclairs this morning and they were completely dried out and hard. Not fresh at all. Yuck.
The staff is not trained at all. They charged my card then realized they don’t have the product I ordered and had me wait there while they kept taking orders from others. I also didn’t see the refund in my account so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Would never go again.

The best cream puffs I’ve eaten so far in Bay Area. Some flavors of the cream even run out by midday. They used to fill the hollow puffs completely with cream earlier but when we went on 05/04/24 they were only filled like 30% inside. When asked we were told that ‘customers complained them being full’ and would fill them up completely if requested. But we did not know this backstory and were disappointed with our latest buy/ visit.
