BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

We normally order takeout or delivery. Decided to give dine in a try. Left midway through meal after a horrible experience. One of the waiters was extremely rude to me in front of my kids. Paid full price for untouched main course. Decent thing would have been to not charge us for that. Congratulations for loosing a customer for life.

Not even close to the description, a really bad experience.

Johnny and Amelia did a great job for my last minute get together in the garden room! Everyone loved the food and the service.

This is my favorite place to hold local events since Jack’s in West San Jose completely dropped the ball on my event.

Everything was good except we were seated next to a very large party, so it was quite noisy.

With reservations.we waited about 5 minutes, we were seated quickly. My son stated a large cheese pizza and the waiter didnt hear him and put in for a mini, when it came my son was disappointed and had to wait for the correct pizza to come out while everyone else ate. I did not enjoy my food but now I know not to order their shrimp tacos because to me they had an off taste. The chips were greasy looking and had a funny taste to them that was not desired. Didnt like the black beans so, only had the tacos and was still hungry when I left. Everyone else seemed to be okay with it and the people that had steak said it was peppery. If you don't like pepper, say NO PEPPER.

If it wasn't for the 25+ min wait after being seated at our table to actually speak to a server in which we had to flag down, it may have been a little better. Was never checked on until we were done with our meals. Very disappointing.

I came at last minute and there was no seat. While I was waiting for my seat, I passed the time and took some pictures of the restaurant's exterior. I thought it was quite beautiful.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with BJ's, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. After seeing several negative reviews on DoorDash about orders being mishandled, I decided to call BJ’s directly to confirm that my order would be received correctly and prepared properly.

Unfortunately, my call didn’t go well. I was transferred to the takeout section and left on hold for over 30 minutes before the call was disconnected. I called back and spoke with Johnny, a manager, who was dismissive of my concerns and argued with me instead of offering assistance.

The next day, I spoke with Carla, who informed me that DDASH had advised me to reach out to BJ's for a refund since the driver wasn’t at fault. I mentioned that the food quality was poor, specifically the lemon pepper chicken, which was bland and lacked flavor. Carla dismissed my feedback, accusing me of making false claims. I clarified that I was simply offering feedback based on my experience.

To make matters worse, when I asked for a remake of the food, Carla refused, further adding to my frustration. The lack of accountability and professionalism from both Johnny and Carla was very disappointing. I strongly feel that their handling of the situation was unprofessional for those in management positions.

Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for my order. I hope BJ’s takes this feedback seriously and improves both the quality of their food and their customer service moving forward.

This was our first time ordering here. The food was horrible, heavily breaded sticks no taste, chicken wings worse than McDonalds!
The manager named Johnny was totally argumentative and disrespectful, he said he doesn’t care about the quality of food as they are busy and customers are stupid! Wow such a unprofessional customer service

Travelling through Cupertino for work and chose to hang out at this BJs because I knew what to expect but as far good teams go the folks are here are super cool! All really social and personable. If you're in town and want to just make a friend while having a decent beer... Cupertino BJs is your answer
