We are very grateful for their outstanding service. The managers and their employees are very well trained in making your restaurant experience be a one of a kind. Our waiter Victor was able to acknowledge our dietary modifications very well by serving us very wholesome and healthy meals. Ask for him if he’s there, he’s awesome and will spoil you with great service, he’s the best! The Happy hour experience was also very excellent. They have excellent prices and a very fun friendly atmosphere. Keep up the great happy hour and hospitality lively 😌

14 year old daughter went to BJ's with her three friends for dinner. They ordered mocktails but somehow all the mocktails had alcohol. Her and her friends ended up getting sick and was flushed and dizzy from the alcohol. Contacted BJ's about it - they said they looked at security video and didn't know what happened.

Incredibly long wait times for pickup orders. Had 5 people with different orders wait almost an hour before the pickup order was ready.

The wait for a table and to get the food is very long. There were people after we arrived and they were seated first. No order or appropriate wait time. We waited about an hour to get our food. We arrived at noon and received our food at 1pm. They only rushed when we questioned for our food and we were upset and annoyed by this point. The food was good but the cookie dessert got burnt from the bottom.

Clarissa was great! Attentive, helpful, and friendly even when the restaurant was super busy. The clam chowder is super yummy, the broccoli cheddar soup needs more broccoli, and the beans in the chili needs to be *much* softer (cook or soak longer?). I'm going to stop ordering the chili until this gets fixed.

Was a very delicious and tasty meal. Would 10/10 recommend again. Victor was a great host.

Overall, the food quality is the worst you could get. We have four people and order three steaks. The prime rib was reheated and tasted so bad. Other two steaks were all overcooked. Water was never refilled. We spent almost 2 hours there, only one glass of water then the waitress just never showed up. Bad service, bad food quality! We came here very often before Covid, and the last time we came in was 2022. This site needs to change its management. Bad bad bad!

Mikey our server was just amazing ! What a fantastic service .. never been treated this good ! Loved his smile , attitude , enthusiasm and service . Asked to see if I can talk to the manager about him . Sky ( manager came over ) and I did tell her about his service . Wanted the owner to know as well that you all are lucky to have him . He deserves a raise and a praise 👍👍

We drove 45 minutes to come to this BJ’s. Food of course is great as always. But I’m totally impressed with Amelia’s super friendly service. This girl is a gem! Management please promote her asap. She will bring a lot of value to your company. Thank you Amelia, we will definitely come back here again. 😍

BJ restaurant provides good food with reasonable price. I like to order pizza take out. 14” large pizza full of quality meat is just $19.99 during the promotion. You can’t find better deal than this.
