Party of 4, served by Victor on Friday night 4/26, absolutely one of the best servers I've ever had! Knew everything about the menu and specials, informed us how we could customize our orders to our tastes, dealt with our jokes and sense of humor, also cute ?‍↔️? A great meal thanks to a great atmosphere and server!

My wife & I were directed to the cocktail sitting area despite the restaurant being empty. The waiter would walk away midsentence. My hickory brisket burger was the most dry burnt burger I've tasted in my life, my wife literally threw up this morning from her food. The booth was filthy with food all over the ground. This is the 1st negative review Ive ever left because it was the worst experience ever. BJ's is my favorite but this location needs new management. No there's no need for a follow up with the generic computer generated response I see for all the negative comments. Dine elsewhere ladies & gentlemen ?????

HOLY PIZOOKIE! We came to BJs wanting to get some lunch but it turned out we didn’t have the budget for a full meal here but we stayed for the pizzokies and boy am I glad we did. We got the Pizookie trio which I highly recommend if you want to share with others. You get your own choice of 3 pizookies so you can try multiple pizookies and they are way smaller than the large ones and are quite affordable and tasty. We got the salted caramel, chocolate with Ghirardelli, and cookies and cream pizookies. They were all so good. The cookie in the skillet itself was cooked perfectly and were really soothing and sweet for me. The ice cream on top for all of them really helped counteract the warmth of the cookie and they proved to be the perfect pairing. The ambiance of BJs was quite nice with there being a bar plenty of TVs and space and nice music going on. The service was also impeccable we were taking a long time to figure out what we wanted to order but our server was so patient and attentive which we loved. OVERALL if the food fits in your budget try to come to BJs even if you can only get a pizookies!

Carryout - maybe made bad menu choices, but what I got just wasn't good. Deep dish pizza was all (bland) dough, very few toppings. Not good. Avocado rolls were just fried mush. Not worth the $$.

I hadn't set foot in this place for years—literally 4-5 years, to be exact. Recently, I decided to give it another shot, and boy, was I disappointed. I really wish I had checked the reviews before coming here.Let's rewind to the beginning: I hadn't seen my friend in a while, and as we were in the area, I remembered this place and suggested we go there. Upon walking in, we were greeted by an unfriendly host who directed us to the cocktail sitting area only, despite the rest of the restaurant being empty. I questioned why we couldn't sit elsewhere, but neither he nor another lady—who I assumed was another host—could provide a satisfactory answer. Apparently, there were no servers available, except for one who was in training. Mind you, it was 4:00 pm on a Saturday. Eventually, we were seated where we wanted, but not at the cozy booth tables; instead, we found ourselves smack in the middle of the hallway, near the cashier register. To make matters worse, all the tables around us were dirty, and two servers were standing idly, doing absolutely nothing. We placed our orders and began chatting, but the service was excruciatingly slow, and the food was just mediocre. The avocado appetizer, which used to be a favorite of mine 5 years ago, was disappointingly overcooked. The entrees were passable but nothing to write home about. Perhaps the most surprising thing of all? No coffee! Who would have thought a restaurant wouldn't offer coffee? As we were eating, a busboy appeared out of nowhere and began clearing tables single-handedly. More servers started arriving, along with more customers, and by 6:00 pm, the place was packed. Our server mentioned he was going on break and vanished for a whopping 1 hour and 30 minutes. We tried to order dessert multiple times—from different servers and even a host—but kept getting the runaround. When our original server, Cameron, finally reappeared, he hadn't even placed our dessert order. After an hour and 20 minutes of waiting, we finally received our dessert. At that point, we were more intrigued to see how the service debacle would end than anything else.I'm never coming back here—never! It's clear that the management is the root of the problem. Firstly, the tables were disgustingly dirty, and no one bothered to clean them. Seriously? If you're short-staffed, at least help each other out. To the owner and general manager: Do you want your establishment to thrive or shut down? Start motivating your staff and fostering a friendly work environment. My suggestion? Hire a new manager—preferably a good one.

This is a great BJ's location. 10% discount for Apple employees, excluding specials, to be precise.Speaking of which, they have a spacious bar area with high tops and a communal table where you have to sit to get the happy hour deals. I would say the food options for happy hour aren't that delicious relative to most other items on the menu. But at least you get to try some things you normally would never be interested in ordering. In terms of drinks, I think their beers are the best.I went this week for pi day where they had personal pizzas for $3.14 as they do every year. However, this year you could pick one topping of your choice instead of it being cheese/pepperoni. And boy, do they have a great range of toppings, including anchovies AND sardines. We also did their ~$19 deal where you can get tri tip or half a rack of ribs with two sides and a pizzokies. Now I am not going to break down how much you save. But I will say that you can get a bowl of soup as a side; in fact you can get two bowls of soup as the 2 sides and the soups alone are $10+. So the cost of 2 sides potentially is already the price of the deals. Not to mention, the pizookies are $9.I tried the broccoli cheddar soup and they really filled the bowl to the brim. That was super rich and heavy. Then, I chose the turkey chili as my second side and I was full before even my entree came. I upgraded to the full rack of ribs and they were pretty tender and came with two onion rings which is a new thing. Our waiter was amazing although parts of our order were wrong. One of the machines for ringing up the order was right behind and judging by the loud conversation of the servers literally in my ears, I surmised we could have gotten a lot crankier servers who were pretty over it.One of the awful things about this place is that they are so bad with reservations. I called and the person who answered said they only take rezzies for 8. I told him you could make reservations for parties of 2 or more online but the system was down. He said he put me on the waitlist but didn't ask me for my name and number. I asked him if he needed it and he said "yeah I can take it down".When I AM able to make online reservations, they never mark me as showing up so they obviously don't have designated tables for people who reserve it. And what happens after is I get an accusatory email from OpenTable asking why I was a no-show. I will let you judge if there are slackers who work here. The parking lot here doesn't have enough spots for how many diners usually eat here and it gets really crowded.

Alexis’s service and help was incredible today! She helped me clean up a spill.

Terrible terrible experience. To name a few, pizza came out cold, but quality of the pizza was not like it used to be. It was like eating a frozen pizza, and nothing deep dish about it. Server was apologetic and had it remade, it was piping hot this time, and quality still wasn't there. On 3 seperate occasions, food runners brought dishes that we didn't even order, and they seemed annoyed at us that they brought it to the wrong table, one guy even rolled his eyes and walked away. Another asked us “are you sure you didn't order the prime rib”? Making us think that the our server misheard our order, which wasn't the case at all. We got the dessert we ordered at the end of the meal, then they brought us that same dessert by mistake in which we responded, “we already got the dessert”, in which case they responded “are you sure?”....”yes, I'm sure!” We're literally eating in front of him. Our mains came out late, we noticed parties seated after us recieved their meals before us. When we ended our meal, we scanned the QR code on the table to pay, they double charged us for the pizza. Waited for help to get it removed before paying the bill thru the site. Then, the site was down and couldn't even pay. Waited for a paper check, gave our cc, and they came back, no pen, waited for that. The whole paying portion took us about 15 min to complete due to all the mishaps. The only thing redeeming was our server, who apologized like 15 times through out the 2.5 hrs we were there, saying they were busy, the room wasn't packed at all, there were a number of open tables throughout. Maybe they were short staffed? Inefficiency seemed more like the reason. In any case, our server seemed truly apologetic and even bowed to us lol, we couldn't be mad at that. It was truly a comedy of errors. I haven't been to this BJs location in a few years, but I was a frequent customer when it opened in early 2000s. Everything has gone downhill, will not be returning to any BJs ever again.

Great location and popular spot for grabbing a bite after work. The food is quite decent but the wait times are absurd, pushing 45 minutes for a simple order. It’s been like this throughout the years, which makes you wonder why nothings ever changed.
