The restaurant is small, the wait was long. I got food poisoning here after getting the BBQ OYSTERS. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOLE IN THE WALL. Unsanitary also I do not trust this place I was sick for 2 days after eating here. I am Chinese and appalled that they served me food items that were not fresh, I would assume everything is not fresh and some of the items are fake and bought for cheaper than other places. I’m sure there are rubber and flour in the meats like they serve in China. I am sorry I do not recommend at all.

Of all the Chinese restaurants I've been to in the Bay, Seattle, and Illinois, this is the one that makes YangZhou fried rice the best. Ignore the negative reviews, bc ppl should be eating for food quality & taste, not other restaurant considerations.

High price, low quality, automatic tips but don't tell you. Recommend everyone to avoid... I think most people are because the restaurant used to be packed but now are very empty.

Forget everything else. The lamb skewers are absolutely amazing. Had the most terrible service ever and service wise it really deserves a one star, but man, the lamb. The lamb just makes up for it. Just really wish they had better service.
Try to avoid peak hours, the waiting line gets pretty insane. I am craving for that lamb already. The skewers can get a bit heavy but really worth to try it.

- Insanely high prices compared to other skewer restaurants in the bay area
- skewers were extremely bland. I had to add extra seasoning myself
- server was very rude and snapped her fingers at me to get my attention

Fantastic cheap eats!
The scallion pancakes, garlic pea shoots, soup dumpling and beef noodle soup were great. If I lived in Cupertino I would eventually eat through the entire menu.
I would definitely go back.

The sanitary conditions in the restaurant make me worried as the plastic bowls and spoons look like they have been used for thousands of years without their original white color(which has become black). I found there was non-washed food in both bowls. The food has already dried on it. When the food was brought to the table, the mutton and chicken offal tasted very un-fresh and smelled bad. The worst thing is the spicy hotpot. The food tasted terrible. The traditional dish MALATANG hot spicy pot is different from other Chinese restaurants. It is all vegetable and tastes like pig food(Taste just like vegetables in a little spicy water). when I asked them why they didn't explain initially it is different from the traditional MALATANG spicy hot spot(name is MALATANG), they said they are a BBQ restaurant and their spicy hot pot is just like this. The vegetables tasted very bitter, I was wondering if they didn’t wash the vegetables so we could taste the pesticide., or if the vegetables had already rotten and they didn’t take out the rotten parts. I got a diarrhea at home few hours later. The restaurant never wash their dishes before they give them to the next customers and don’t wash their vegetables. I will never go to this restaurant again.

The taste is pretty good, but the clerk’s hands and feet are not cleanThe dinner for five people cost more than $170, which I think is reasonable. I used Venmo to pay the bill and took care of the boss's business. But the clerk told me that it cost more than 230? ? I checked and it was 21% after tax, so the waiter added it himself ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Boss, take care of your employees.

Excellent meal on Easter between the cumin lamb The wonton with chili sauce and the steamed buns.
I have never seen such a strange waiter. I ordered two portions of eggplant and served one portion. After a while, I confirmed with him that one portion of eggplant was missing. However, this guy didn't confirm with the kitchen and served me in front of me. Count the signs on the table one by one.
