We had Hainan chicken with skin and fried chicken, both of them are good. Chicken is not dry and the sauces are great. Thai ginger soy sauce and ginger scallion sauce are my favorite. Would like to buy again.

Ordered the grilled chicken and received this charred garbage which was practically inedible. Do not recommend!

The food tastes good. I love the chicken rice. Service is ok, too . First time to order and eat. It's nice you can split chicken and tufu. It's good for the chicken broth is free with your order. So you don't need to order soup just to have a warm liquid for tummy. Happy tummy

This is a pretty good chicken rice place. The hainan white meat with skin is good, not too dry, and the fried chicken was crispy and not too dry either. I also really like their special chicken rice, which is basically white rice infused with chicken flavor. The food isn't surprisingly good, but it is good, and the convenience of ordering is great. You just order online or at the in-person kiosk, wait 15 or so minutes, and then pick up your food at the counter. Since it is conveniently located in a food court, you can go grab some milk tea afterwards, if you want. Overall, recommend.

I was kinda excited to try this place as I’d never eaten at any CMR before. We got the fried chicken and 2 CMR wings. The fried chicken was ok but the wings were flavorless and tiny. The soup wasn’t very flavorful either. Perhaps the main (Hainan) chicken dish would’ve been better as other reviews seem to favor that. But for us, the fried chicken (meh) and the wings (double meh) were disappointing and we’re unlikely to eat here again.

The food itself is pretty good. Most of the servers are nice too. I was going a few times a month, but one time there was an employee who was not too nice. There were a bunch of to go/takeout orders waiting at the takeout/food pickup area. This is a place where people commonly check if their food is ready to go. He not so kindly told us to not touch the orders and that when it’s ready we will be called (would be different if his tone was more friendly), or just have a better system where you don’t take out your frustrations on the customer. Both the customer in front of me and I gave pause to the attitude.Anyways I waited for like 20+ minutes before they checked the order on the table again just to realize it was in fact my order. I didn’t go back after that experience. The food is decent but not good enough for me to look for passive aggressive attitudes while on my lunch break. Also not trying to pay money to be talked to like that either.

When I'm not feeling anything super oily/heavy, but want something more than a salad, this is one of my favorites. It's so fresh, tasty, and filling. My go to is the white meat with the skin on, chicken rice, thai ginger soy, and singapore soy. The boxes also come with a side of chicken broth which is so light and yummy. Even though white meat has a bad reputation for being dry, hainan chicken white meat is never dry here!!! It's so juicy and flavorful and ugh love love love! The sauces are also so flavorful and my favorite is the thai ginger soy which I'm pretty sure is their signature sauce. This location is inside a small food court next to ranch 99, so there's seating inside and options for other people if you go with friends. The service is always super fast and you order on a large screened kiosk thing. Easy, quick, healthy (don't tell me it's not bc I want to believe it is), and so yummy!

2.5. I ordered a Hainan chicken box for $15.99 and Hainan wings (5pc) for $8.99 through Doordash. The total cost with tax came to $30.25. The portion size was very tiny for the price. There was no option for white rice, so got brown rice, which was very dry. The wings were flavorless. The broth was oily. The ginger scallion oil was 5/5. Overall, I wouldn't order from here again.
