Chipotle Mexican Grill

I don't recommend this place. I normally don't leave negative review to restaurant. But today My experience is so bad. To go here is not enjoying food. you have to worry about if you are lucky or not.
We went this location to have dinner and the girl who serve food gave us cold beef leftover, she got the newly cooked beef on hand and just gave us left over ones. I can even count how many pieces in that bowl. And the beef is already cold. They charge $18, there is not much things in the bowl. the portion is so small. terrible!!

The staff at this place generally have very poor attitudes. It’s obvious they are unhappy with their jobs. The two petite female employees in particular were extremely unfriendly — even though the food is quite good, their attitude was enough to ruin the experience. The food prep area was also dirty, with pieces of vegetables on the floor that had been left there for a long time without being cleaned. Eating in a place like this feels like being surrounded by negative energy. They’re essentially passing their unhappiness on to the customers.

Portion quantity is very less.

It's not the economy, it's you.

Your portions shrunk.

Your stores are always a mess and unsanitary.

Your service is slow and typically out of X items.

Customers are met with bad attitudes 9/10.

this is gross. there is steak in my food when i ordered a vegetarian meal. and the manager fernando lopez did not issue me a refund. he did not issue me a gift card for my money either. i paid for a meal i could not eat. i barley ate a few bites. this is disgusting 🤢 the customer service is abysmal.

I order a kid meal for pick up today. When we back home find the portion of food is pitifully small. A small amount for the beef, include pepper. The orange is rotten. Never have situation like this

Crappy burrito!!! You are telling me they attempted it to roll it???? No wayyy they threw all my ingredients in and folded it in half and gave it to me. It spilled all over the car when I opened it and it was pretty much uneatable. My friend got a bowl and that had a big chunk of god knows what. He got so mad he had to go in and wait in line again to get his bowl redone all while the workers didn’t apologize or anything for screwing his order! I hate this place

I won't come to this place again. Both experiences were very bad. The meal I ordered online for the first time was very small, and I couldn't see the meat. I want to try again today. I ordered directly in the store. The portion is still as small as ever, but the charge is high. It's just a little beef. In addition, I added a few pieces of chicken, and I was charged almost $20 after tax. It's crazy. As shown in the picture, one portion is just like this meat, and the other portion is the same.

This is the most stingy Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Food doesn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. Genuinely insulting. Never order pickup, and don’t bother tipping.

Chipotle (Homestead). Food is always good at Chipotle. The portion on Chicken bowl is not big but the quality is pretty good. The only thing is the Rice might need a little bit more water. I was going to the Chipotle on Saratoga Rd/Prospect because they used to make the best rice, but lately all the Chipotle's I go to the Rice seems a little hard ( or dry). Maybe other people like it but I tend to like my rice supersoft. I think if they make supersoft rice ( add a little more water) they would be one step above the competition and get more compliments? The chicken is always good at any Chipotle. My Dad got Steak Burrito and he liked it. They do good job, just wish that Rice is a little softer ( or has more water put in it from the beginning.

Nice place for being a fast food. Staff is usually welcoming and courteous here.
Food can be 4 ⭐️ sometimes when there is no crowd and the food is not turning over quickly.
Regardless, among various fast food chains, we like their burrito bowls.
