Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle (Homestead). Food is always good at Chipotle. The portion on Chicken bowl is not big but the quality is pretty good. The only thing is the Rice might need a little bit more water. I was going to the Chipotle on Saratoga Rd/Prospect because they used to make the best rice, but lately all the Chipotle's I go to the Rice seems a little hard ( or dry). Maybe other people like it but I tend to like my rice supersoft. I think if they make supersoft rice ( add a little more water) they would be one step above the competition and get more compliments? The chicken is always good at any Chipotle. My Dad got Steak Burrito and he liked it. They do good job, just wish that Rice is a little softer ( or has more water put in it from the beginning.

In done with this location. Begging for the right amount of food to pay $40 for 2 half empty bowls… nope. There many other locations happy to get your business.

Nice place for being a fast food. Staff is usually welcoming and courteous here.
Food can be 4 ⭐️ sometimes when there is no crowd and the food is not turning over quickly.
Regardless, among various fast food chains, we like their burrito bowls.

I am gobsmacked about this entire Chipotle franchise, before we used to go to a different one but felt that one wasn’t up to par, so we decided to go to this one instead. This Chipotle was also subpar, the service was questionable and needs to be reevaluated. The larger man with black beard and long hair was very skimpy on the products given, he looks you dead in the eye and just gives you a whisper of these ingredients, like come on bro help a man out. Also in terms of service, the lady at the cashier was very kind but we couldn’t understand her, she kept mumbling and we didn’t know what she was saying. Just nod and agree I guess. The food overall was fine, I’m not expecting Michelin star food, I know it’s a fast food restaurant, but I expected it to be at least a little better. I didn’t enjoy this meal at all and these workers made me not want to tip at all. I will shamelessly smash that no tip button around these people, especially that skimpy man. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if u have dignity and want to enjoy your life. Quite literally the Chipotle of doom and despair.

There was a large piece of plastic in my burrito bowl. I was eating my burrito bowl when I felt something funny in my mouth so I spit it out (turned out to be a piece of plastic- gross). Please be more careful preparing and handling the food.

Lousy food will make you sick and I won't eat here. for their service and their lousy attitude and 2 slow here and news says you will be in hospital

My least favorite chipotle in the bay area, I've gone here multiple times since my friends live in Sunnyvale.
Meager portions and the meat is always lacking in flavor. Same goes for the chips, either it's unsalted or there's no lime flavor.
It's always busy and the workers seem overworked

Chain Mexican food only if you’re desperate and this is the only option it’s not bad but it shouldn’t be option number one

Wow, the quality of food has greatly improved. Rice is well cooked. Chicken is fresh. Portion is big. Much better than the other chipotles near by. Hope this is consistent. Will come back again.

Visiting the Bay Area, and this might be the worst portion size I have ever gotten at Chipotle. I asked for extra rice, and she barely covered the bowl. I asked for more, and she gave me like a quarter scoop, still not covering the entire bottom of the bowl. I then asked for double chicken, and she gave me two half scoops of chicken. They were low on queso, and the lady just gave me a scoop of queso that was probably 1/4 of a real scoop but still charged me extra for it. The lady was rushing like the line was out the door, but there was only one person behind me. Never coming back.

They don’t give enough food. Very stingy with the food. I had to ask them to put extra because it was very little food. The food also tasted old not fresh. Please if they don’t like to service people food then close it better.

The location , As always lunch time and dinner are most busy
At most places at these times.

Kid-friendliness: Small Location, maybe busy for some, You'll just have to try it.
