The bowl is always empty. Especially if you order online they don't fill the bowl up. I just ordered three bowls with everything on them and none of the bowls were even close to full

the guy making my burrito worked at a snails place and couldn't close the burrito, I thought it was because the burrito was large but my second burrito had like 3 things in it and he still couldn't close it. they also had no hot water under the food steam table and didn't add more until another customer pointed it out, yikes. plus they had only 1 person working on the line of physical customer there whereas 3-4 people were working on mobile order. the management here needs to get a grip lol

Beware and question, watch the food server - The portion of Chipotle meat bowl one order 50-60% fill with few pieces' meat only - customer is cheated. It is a FALSE advertisement compare of Chipotle meat bowl as corporate show on the TV. Takeout customer 2/25/24 Sunday 7pm.

Unusual, but on my visit there was a queue of people waiting for their take out orders to be ready. They were temporarily out of white rice and asked everyone if they'd mind a brown rice substitution.

Huge rush at 4ish pm, just one person helping with orders and has to wait for 20+ mins to get to the counter, behind some 7-8 high schoolers ... Too slow and there was a lot of spilt food items on the side where they were making the burritos or bowls..Vegetarian options: Beans , sauted bell peppers , lettuce, rice (white and brown), guacamole

Very slow, understaffed and not making online orders. I waited for 3 and a half hours for my order and it has still not been made or delivered. Website would not allow for order to be cancelled, poor communication, very bad food. Bad ambience as well.

I ordered ahead for a 6:30 pickup and turns out there was a bit of a delay from a giant catering order (I'm talking a few large boxes), which is significant to explain that the workers were probably held up a lot. Yet my order was still completed by 6:35. While I didn't expect such swiftness, it's still appreciated. So five stars! Commendable!Parking: There is a lot for this section of stores, easy to find regardless of what time or dayKid-friendliness: There are kid friendly menu options and all are delicious. Wouldn't say there's much of a dessert menu though.Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps and accessible areas for wheelchairs up to ADA code, but it might be a bit of a workaround (i.e. ramps are to the side rather than at the front). Unfortunately the doors are not accessible, you'd have to get someone to open the door.
