Some of the machines are not working. The gift counter does not have the staff available. you have to wait atleast 20 mins for the staff to come and help redeem points for gifts.

We have the Silver Pass and try to hit new Chuck e Cheese wherever we travel. This has by far been the best one. Clean. No broken machines, new games we've never played before, just great.

One of the cleaner Chuck E. Cheese's I've been to! It is also one of the smaller ones that I've been to but I'll take clean over larger any day.

My experience at Chuck E. Cheese was quite disappointing. The staff really needs to improve their supervision at the entrance and exit. I noticed that kids were able to slip out without anyone noticing, and there was insufficient acknowledgment of who was coming in or going out — this is simply unacceptable.

Additionally, the person at the register and the prize counter took an unreasonable amount of time, forcing customers to wait over eight minutes. This is frustrating for anyone trying to enjoy their visit.

Furthermore, I observed the employee cleaning tables using chemicals that were sprayed too close to other customers' food, which is highly concerning. The potential for contamination is not something one should have to worry about while dining. Overall, significant improvements are needed for a better and safer experience.

Worst Chuck E. Cheese. The other ones don’t charge for the cost of the play card but this one does.

We absolutely love this place! We signed up for the annual membership — only $7.99/month — and since we live nearby, we come almost every day. It’s the perfect spot for kids to have fun and burn energy!

There are plenty of games, and our little one enjoys earning tickets to trade for toys — such a fun reward system!

They also have pizza, which looks really good! We haven’t tried it yet, but we definitely will next time.

One thing we really appreciate is that the baby changing station is well-stocked with diapers — very thoughtful and convenient for parents with infants.

The only downside is that the bathroom can sometimes be a bit messy, with paper scattered on the floor — probably from kids playing around. But overall, it’s generally clean and the rest of the facility is well-kept.

The staff are friendly, and this place has become part of our daily life. Highly recommended for families!

This place sucks to the max. Manager and Employees that were on duty looked like they hated their job. I came here for a family birthday party for this first time at this location and I left very disappointed. A incident occurred when my sister in laws Purse came up misplaced. I asked for a manager to please run the cameras back and her response was she did not have access to the camera. That does not seem a comforting answer to hear from a manager that works at kids friendly/family place. Cupertino location sorry but you guys suck. If google had a button for zero stars i would definitely hit that. Get a better manager and employees that know customer service.

It's great and fun with the family, but could be a little cleaner and air quality was bad. Should be aired out.

The only place where parents can sit back and relax while kids play independently without the fear of getting lost or hurt. Full safety and lot of playing games options. With chuck e making it's presence at every 15 mins it is a bonus. The pizza and drink combo is my fave here.

We’ve been a few times recently and this trip was just not it.
We ordered food and after waiting for about 30 minutes without the buzzer going off I went to the front counter only for them to let us know it had been sitting there for about 20 minutes 🤷🏻‍♀️

The new play area in the back is expensive. After buying food and points the extra $18 per kid to play on a trampoline and go down the slide seems excessive. When I was little the climbing tubes were free and part of the experience. This “extra” fee seems like cash grab.
