We hosted a party here last week. This place is pathetic customer service exemplified. The phone number on Google is practically useless. Even when we went there to talk to them, a week before the party, somehow caught hold of a person in the staff and she was rude. Then two days before the event, a girl called and spew out a scripted update they. I asked some clarifications because she spoke too fast without a pause and her responses made me feel I was talking to someone at the DMV and she was doing me a favor. Then at the venue, I asked for drinks to be available quickly but they did not bring them out untill like 3.35ish. The pizzas and French fries were not good at all. She brought the ice cream and the cake at the same time which made no sense to me. The worst part was that the hostess completely messed up our birthday song. When Chuck E came out and they played the happy birthday song, she said you can all sing, so I asked her to light the candles which she did. My kid blew the candles and we sang the song. We all looked at her for the knife and she would not budge. Then she said oh its not your turn. I asked what she meant to which she replied that chuck e was gonna come to each table and to ours next. And she said if you want you can sing it again. I could not believe her. What a dumb thing to do. Why would you let us go through blowing of the candles and singing the song if you knew it wasn't our turn. She should have asked us and explained this when she brought out the cake. I think she got it and apologized but the damage was done. Then she came with the bill around 4.45ish and basically made it clear that she wants to be tipped. I did tip her. She also said that at 5 it's her break time and she will be back by 5.30ish but we were supposed to clear out by 5. I asked her will someone help us clear and she said yes. Why would they assign someone to us whose break time was exactly the same as our clearing out time. Well she wasn't there (why would she after being tipped) and she clearly did not ask any other people there to help us because they literally just started taking things away without even making eye contact even 5 mins BEFORE 5pm. We wanted some more lemonade but they just picked the pitchers and ignored when I called them. The staff here has perfected the art of avoiding eye contact and turning deaf when being called on. If you can't care for a kid's birthday party, you should not be working here but that's ALL of their staff unfortunately.
Parking: Public parking plenty. 5 Star. Food: Not good. 2 Star. Customer service : 2 star.

I am very disappointed with our recent birthday party experience. We paid over $600 for 31 children, plus another $300 for food, and the service did not match the price at all. The party package states that the table would be decorated, but all we received was a simple tablecloth, paper hats, and cups. There were no plates, no forks, and no basic supplies. I had to constantly run around asking staff for items that should have been prepared and included from the start. For such a large amount of money, I expected better organization and proper table setup. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below our expectations, and I cannot recommend this location based on what we went through.

We held my daughter’s fifth birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese last weekend. We had about 20 kids in total and I can say that my daughter had an amazing time playing games and running around with her friends. We also have a brand new one month old and a younger son and greatly appreciated the efforts and assistance that Ariana, our event coordinator assigned to us for the day, provided. She was honestly amazing and took our experience up another level. I was thoroughly impressed with the service we received as parents hosting a party can be very stressful, especially when it gets to be on the larger side, but having Ariana made all the difference. I would recommend this Chuck E. Cheese location, especially if you have a fall or winter kid birthday that makes the outdoors or other venues tricky. This location was very accommodating and I really enjoyed having someone like Ariana assisting us in all matters whether it was help with cutting the cake, announcing overhead different things that were happening with the party, and even helping us pack up. We also were impressed with the security at Chuck E. Cheese’s when we had to go out and do a diaper change of our baby they made sure to verify that we were the babies parents. For some reason that made me feel more safe, knowing that they have a system in place in that regard as it’s easy to lose track of the older kids running around the venue. Also, the pizza was delicious. It was thin crust, crispy, and hot. What more can I ask for as a parent? Not too much! This was a really amazing birthday for our daughter!

Ricardo and Luis (Front/Ticket Counter): These two gentlemen were absolutely amazing. They handled both the front entrance and the ticket counter with incredible efficiency and genuine warmth. Their commitment to great customer service was evident in every interaction; they went above and beyond to ensure our check-in and prize redemption were smooth and cheerful. Sara (Promotions/Deals): Sara was incredibly helpful and professional. She took the time to be very informative about the deals and promotions, ensuring we got the best value for our visit. Her knowledge and willingness to clearly explain the options were greatly appreciated. Cesar (Floor and Operations): Cesar deserves special recognition for his relentless work ethic. He was nonstop busy throughout our time there, always focused on making the environment better. Whether he was actively cleaning, troubleshooting and managing the games, or assisting customers who needed help, he maintained a positive energy and was a crucial part of the floor's smooth operation. The commitment and positive energy displayed by Ricardo, Luis, Sara, and Cesar show they are true assets to the Chuck E. Cheese team. They made our experience significantly better, and we hope their outstanding work is recognized!
