Enough games to keep the kids engaged
Newly expanded trampoline zone is good, albeit a bit expensive.
Food is probably the only thing where they miss a mark. My personal pizza is almost always burnt in places with uneven cheese distribution with some slices not having any cheese at all. Skip the overpriced and low quality food and everything else is good about this place.

Good place to have fun, except that if you are going to change your points you must go before the line is long because we stayed in the line without changing the points, since they said that time was up and they had to close the box. My children were sad and disappointed 🥲

Kid-friendliness: Both children and adults have a lot of fun.

January 24 I took out my son for a fun and happy experience at Chuck E cheese , but turned out the complete opposite. I do not recommend taking your kids to Chuck E. Cheese. My son was attacked by another child while playing in the Trampoline zone, and the workers did nothing to help. When I asked for assistance, they mentioned they couldn't do anything about it. I left my name and number for the manager, but I have yet to hear back. This experience was very disappointing and concerning. Thankfully I was there to grab my child , but I can’t imagine if I wasn’t and how much more badly this could’ve affected my child . He is only 2 years old and is now traumatized . My 2 year old left bruised and bloody . Absolutely, no one cared !!!!!!!! Best believe I will be getting Corporate and lawyers involved.

Good food. Very crowded and getting worse everytime we go.

Was there for a birthday party for the third time. Food/pizza is something that everyone commends about. However, the crowd situation is getting worse; i feel like they are constantly overbooking parties, more than what their location and staffing can handle. It is too noisy, too crowded, and it's very hard to get the table and food set up properly.

Today both my kids and I went to my son's classmate's birthday at Chuck E Cheese at Cupertino again and we had a great time until something terrible happened when my son wanted to exchange gifts with remaining points.
We stayed in the line until the man named Juan scanned my son's card. Then my son tried to make a choice. After around 3 minutes, my son made his decision and I found Juan scanned other people's point cards, so I waited until he scanned another guest's point card and told the other people that he would serve one at a time. Then I asked whether my son could exchange gifts now. He said he called my son three times and had no response, so he wouldn't exchange gifts for us. I was shocked since I was right in front of Juan and I didn't hear his so-called call. I double checked with my son and my friends, all people didn't hear it. Then whatever I said to Juan, he ignored me. Even other people in the line(not my friends) said we could be served first since we were in the line earlier, he ignored. My son was so disappointed and heartbroken due to Juan's attitude. Then I asked him if I would like to talk to the manager, Juan pointed me to the wrong place. When I went there, they were not managers. Thank God, I hosted my son's birthday party there half a year ago, so I knew where to find a manager. And thanks, Erica, the manager, came to help us. However, I still would like to follow up on what will happen next instead of just giving this 1-star bad feedback. Will Juan get some punishment due to his bad manners and be mean to a 7-year-old boy just because the boy used around 3 minutes to make a decision to exchange gifts? I don't think this is Chuck E Cheese spirit. My family likes Chuck E Cheese, I recommend Chuck E Cheese to my friends since we had a wonderful experience before. I don't want the terrible things that happened today happen again to other guests. I hope I can see Juan get punished due to the fact that he treated guests unfairly. Otherwise, he will continue to be unkind to all of us. Hope Chuck E Cheese could take actions seriously so that all staff could be, at least not mean to guests.

Let's face it, you don't come here for the food or service, but the kids had a great time playing the games and that's why you're here. Good selection of games for varying ages and the place was clean!
