To go order Chicken rougamao (a la carte) - this is essentially a Chinese burger and it was delicious. I usually get beef/lamb rou "burgers" and I enjoyed the chicken here. The a la carte was a great value too. Also got 12B combo crab meat and pork soup dumplings.

Inside a small food court right next to the De Anza Ranch 99. It serves Chinese dishes you would usually find at some kind of deli. This place was great during its opening week. The first week everything was 40% off and the next week it was 30% off. Now though, there aren't anymore discounts but the prices are still fair. Service is a bit on the slow side, and during busy hours be expected to wait a while. I've tried most of the items here, and my favorite is the 7C BBQ Pork Pancake. The pork is really well made and the pancake isn't too overly crunchy. You can order each dish as a combo, which includes a small bowl of soup and a small side, but these have usually been sitting outside for a while and are lukewarm when you get them. All the dishes are hot and freshly made though!

Part of grand 99 food court. Bad cold food. Dirty table.

Great variety. But soup and side dish taste old. Dish on the oily side. It’s passing but not worth traveling for it.

Located inside the food court right next to Ranch 99. It's a small food court so you won't miss it but this is one of the newer cuisines. They have hot food where you can order 2-3 entrees that comes with rice. They also have frozen dumplings you can take home. They have dim sum too! I only tried their pork and scallion boiled dumplings. Paid about $15 for a dozen. Not sure if they include this for to-go orders but I dined in and they added some vegetables and porridge with my order, both delicious. Dumplings were also hot and tasty! They have your typical soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha, sauces by the register. You can order via kiosk or sometimes the worker will ring you up if it's for the hot foods. Took about 15 mins to be ready. Would definitely come back to try more of their dishes!!

Decent value I'd say. Got all this food in the photo with tax and tip for somewhere around $15 which was 1.5 meals for me. I enjoyed it but the chicken and mushroom thing was overly salted. The seaweed salad with garlic was good! Tasted like it was freshly made with fresh garlic that was pretty strong so if you don't like garlic steer clear. The soup was a nice palace cleanser. Service was fine and the ambiance is like a cafeteria with a few food options and lots of seating. Never seen the place busy. I'd eat here again and try something new if I'm in the area but not something I'll be craving necessarily. It was tasty but nothing overly special.

I tried the beef roujiamo and the chicken roujiamo. Beef one was really good, really hit the spot. The chicken one is a little dry, the seasoning is like what you would get on Chinese skewers. Looking forward to going back and trying some other things.

If this is about price, 4-5 stars for sure. If it's about ambiance, then it is close to nothing as it's just inside a food court with a very slow cell phone connection (T-mobile, at least). If it's about service, then I have a story. Their setup is like this: there's one order kiosk to the left and there's one soft-spoken but very hardworking young man manning the front, dealing with order troubles and food assembling/packing. There's a chef at the back freshly making food, such as my cheese and beef roll. There's also a woman who seemed unable to understand English and was working at the back making frozen dumplings, which they also sell in bulk. Then, there's a fourth big guy who does nothing but chitchat with everyone during lunch rush hours! I waited 15-20 minutes for my food, and I partially blamed that fat guy for talking to the chef and distracting him. Then I was there for an extra 10 minutes waiting for my complementary drink because the front guy was so busy working on other orders. I wish this fat dude be a good corporate citizen and jump in to help. All he needs to do is scoop ice into a cup and pour OJ! There's a note on the counter that they invite people to post their food pictures on Instagram, and they will give a free drink for the post. The horrible LTE connection I got took me a long time to post, and it was frustrating. The shop itself did not have wifi. Now onto the food. My cheese beef roll was freshly made and piping hot when I got it. I was hoping for yellow cheddar cheese, but white cheese is what they used. The beef was the Chinese spice marinated beef, not bad on its own. The whole dish was fine. I think they used mozorella cheese to balance the flavor of the beef and the saltiness. I would be fine with it going a bit more saltier. The order kiosk was funky, I could only order one item. If I chose 2, the first one would disappear. So while I hoped to try other items, I couldn't occupy the machine for too long as there was a line behind me. A few customers asked for help while placing an order and that slowed down the front guy. I hope they fix that process and machine. This place seemed to attract the most customers in the food court, probably because it's new and affordable. Their dumplings seem more interesting than other places as they don't have the regular bak choy and pork filling but something like beef and green pepper. The bulk orders also seem to be on the lower price range compared to other places. Maybe next time I'll give it a try.....when that fat dude is not around.

牛肉卷饼&韭菜盒子yyds!! The chive pocket was bursting with flavor( the size and shape is more easier to hold while eating compared to other stores'), and the beef roll was a delightful combination of savory ingredients, crunchy outside and juicy inside. A nice place for a quick lunch/dinner or grab and go! Highly recommend trying these delicious options!

Came by for lunch the other day and it was a decent experience. Dainty Cuisine is located inside a food court between 99 Ranch market and CVS. Ordering is done at the tablet for food freshly cooked by the kitchen. The wait was upwards of 25 minutes after ordering. They have premade dishes where it's $13-15 for 3-4 items + rice and soup. There is a Gen Z manning the front of the house wearing loose size Large nitrile gloves. Started off with the beef wrap and it was excellent! The wrap was lightly pan fried, not too oily and the inside was filled with super juicy and flavorful beef. The two rolls are perfect for sharing! The shrimp fried rice consisted of 3 small shrimp over a huge bed of fried rice with egg. Dining options appears to be a free for all at any open table within the food court. $12/head after tax with plenty of leftovers.

I really wanted to like this place, but our fish was red inside and not fully cooked. Scallion pancake was very bland. Dumplings were okay. I hate giving a negative review, but my experience was far from the 4 1/2 star ratings on Yelp. I don't think I'll be back.

I really don't like giving places two stars, and I do not frequently do that, but felt as though this place and the food quality deserved it. I didn't get sick or anything like that, but the congee and the egg drop soup that I got as part of my meal was probably the blandest soup and porridge I have ever had in my life. Literally no flavor. Not even chicken flavor. Congee is supposed to have ginger and garlic, and some kind of other flavoring. But it literally tasted as though it was rice and water. It really was astounding. It is pretty pricey for what you get. We got the shrimp fried rice and it came with three pieces of shrimp. Three. The fried rice part was good, but for $14, to get only three pieces of shrimp is really sad. This place is located in a little food court area. There is limited seating as well. I would definitely not return.
